Aquaria Natal Hotel

Hyvä hotelli,erinomaisella paikalla. Olimme kaivanneet englanninkielentaitoa enemmän ja allinclusive ohjeet selvemmät ja englanninkielisenä (mitä kuuluu hintaan ja mistä saa ja mitä saa,se oli alkeellinen osio)

Sanoisinko viitaten edelliseen,kai hotellille tämä asia vielä liian uusi?

From my check in to to check out, I felt that everyone was trying their best for me and my guests to enjoy the hotel and the area. Daniel at reception not only gave me and my friend a spectacular corner room with great views but also was advising us on what is worthwhile to visit around the area and was also promoting the excursions so we can see lakes and other beaches than Ponta Negra. Carlos Eduardo and Henrique were also very friendly while assisting with our suitcases and Carlos in particular helped us to get a Buggy driver. From the restaurant, Wendel stood out, even though he is a supervisor he did not mind assisting me on how to place a room-service order (in Portoguese!!!) . Our cleaner Edianeub, was a smiling lady and the room was always spotless after she was cleaning. In general people were smiley and attentive and offering solutions when needed. No need to say that I am already advertising your hotel and the area, through my Instagram posts and through my stories. Thank you for looking after us so well!!!

The only thing I was not really happy about, was the breakfast buffet. great variety of cakes and fruits and the quality was also good. All of the other options though were not attractive neither to my eyes or my taste...Thankfully you had the omelette station, so the food from the there was a safe choice and the service from the chefs there impeccable.

Room is good, location is good as well. Staff very respectful and nice!
