Miinukset: "They told us to observe the 4 groups mentioned on our boarding passes, then there was only one entry... From buses to plane, instead of separating people into buses according to seating, they mixed them all up, hence people who had seats up front were entering the rear of the plane and vice-versa, causing incredible congestion and confusion when boarding, people along the center aisles going both ways and trying to pass while loaded with hand baggage, quite ridiculous indeed."
Miinukset: "in a previous email we explained that by the time we arrived at the gate in Sao Paulo, the airline refused our boarding the plane and said only "we don't like Kayak". We never boarded the plane and there was a credit to our credit card, so why are you asking how our flight went?"
Plussat: "When we arrived at the gate we were told they did not have us in the system and the one gate attendant told us that the airline did not like Kayak. We were then forced to stay in the airport hotel at a rate of almost $200.00 as we were unable to secure a flight on a different airline until the next day"

My twelve hours from Miami to Istanbul turned out to be less because of the amazing service I recieved. Plussat: "had problems checking in , in that I was charged for a suitcase! I have since checked my paper work and found thad that I had paid for a case! I will follow this up when I return to the UK"

Miinukset: "Departure was scheduled with one hour delay. When everyone was boarded they mentioned a leaking toilet. It took them 1,5 hours to disable the toilet. In the mean time, no drinks, no snacks, nothing. So we should depart at 18:00 but it became 19:30. Our first drinks and meal was no earlier then 21:00. The crew should have anticipated better that the technical problem would at least take one hour and give everyone a drink at least."

Miinukset: "My seat wouldnt stay reclined. I spent the hole flight pressing the button back. During the night I needed the assistance of the flight atendent. I had to press the button three times so that anyone could come to me. Didnt find the crew very willing to repeat some needed information about the food too. The airplane was full and simply there werent enough toilets for this amout of people there. Honestly, it was a terrible experience."

I paid extra for a seat closer to the front yet had to store carry on in the rear of the plane. when asking the flight personnel for assistance regarding the matter, he promptly gave me a glare and turned away totally ignoring me. In waiting until everyone had exited the plane before being able to retrieve my bag, it completely defeated the purpose of the extra expenditure. perhaps boarding the rear of the plane first. regardless, my biggest concern was I felt like the flight attendant should have responded but elected to snub me. amazingly I lived to talk about it :-)"

Miinukset: "I wasn't able to check in online or through the kiosk to my flight and then had to wait in a 2 hour line to check in at the counter. After I get to the counter the ground staff grumbles and says I'm just going to make it to my flight!!"

Miinukset: "Air Canada over booked the flight from toronto to Montreal and approximately 10 pax were surprised - at the gate!!! - that no seat is available on the plane although we booked this flight months in advance. It is a shame. Although we recieved 200 dollar compensation check it does not cover damage has been done for me at this trip because of my late arrival to a very important business meeting. It is really not fare and shame."

Miinukset: "In a 2 hour 20 min flight, the flight attendant finally asked me for something to drink with only 45 min left in the flight. Why was only one person serving the whole plane? Also, we should be offered at least a complimentary snack of pretzels/peanuts. Lastly, the carry-on luggage "sizer" at the counter is way too small. My carry-on that I take with me all of the time didn't fit. But when I was able to take it on without using the sizer, it fit just fine."

Miinukset: "Non weather related cancellations of 10 flights to the US and every other flight was delayed by a minimum of 2 hours. Many flights were delayed by hours then cancelled later on. There was no explanation from the staff. Also, one of the door fire alarms kept going off every few minutes and it was never fixed but eventually shut off. Very unreliable air carrier."

Plussat: "Nice, polite and helpful bilingual crew. Apologetically when trouble started and we had to do two unscheduled stops in Calgary. THe second crew was also very nice but not very bilingual."
Miinukset: "The fact that we were over 6 hours late, and even with my old age, I went 24 hours without sleep. I missed my ride to the apartment where I was supposed to stay and had to rent a room at an hotel nearby, adding to the costs of the flight."
Plussat: "I liked that the flight was not completely full. we had a hard touchdown"
Miinukset: "1. These days, I have come to expect a complimentary in-flight entertainment system on international flights. This flight had nothing whatsoever. This is ok, but the customer should be warned when making the flight reservation so they can choose whether to bring an ipad along. 2. Food and service were not as good as a recent Air Canada return trip from Roma to Vancouver which had a first rate crew, food, and complimentary beer. 3. The plane was much older than the recent return trip I had and the air was much more dry."

Miinukset: "I chose to fly directly to save time, and I spent the extra $100 for choosing this option over flights with a layover. I ended up waiting an additional 2 and a half hours before the flight took off -- in this time I also requested for a blanket since the air craft got cold. There was an extra charge for this as well. It is ridiculous considering, the purpose of my flight choice was to ensure that I saved time and in return I paid for the convenience, ironically it didn't work out that way. There was no form of compensation."

When I checked bag, I got a standby with hope that I could get on flight. Fortunately, I was able to make it. If I had connecting flights, it would have been a nightmare Same boring old movies and TV - 2 broke girls episodes. Just drink, nothing else for morning flight. Something to eat? It is an international (Can-US) flight Slow unloading of luggage"
Plussat: "The commuter terminal in Toronto is a bit of a pit. Basically a glorified hallway, which gets pretty chaotic while you are waiting for your flight, and others are queuing up. For anyone with mobility challenges it is a long hike from the main terminal."

Plussat: "Crew was friendly"
Miinukset: "Tv screen didn't work, stuck on an airplane for 8h without any entertainement. Had to pay an extra €120 to check in my bag, because it wasn't mentioned in the confirmation that my ticket didn't come with checked-in luggage. Moreover, the food on the plane was terrible ... Thank god it was a relatively cheap ticket, but would never take this airline again though."
Plussat: "Check-in for bags was fast and the staff was very friendly."

Miinukset: "Checkin was a chaos, different cues and no signs explaining where, crew arrived nonchalant and did bot give specific instructions or tried to appease the excalating situation among passengers cueing for a long time"
Plussat: "They give you free pillows and blankets."
Miinukset: "First, this airlines charges up to $150 for the first checked bag. They don’t even inform you of this at any moment while purchasing you ticket. You find this out when you get to the airport. Second, they charge you for everything in this flight. They say the entertainment is complementary, but you have to pay for headphones. On the shorter flights, they even charge you for water!"
Plussat: "The fly attendant was very nice and helped"
Miinukset: "The worst experience ever, they charge $190 extras"
Plussat: "Air Europa's fare was cheap, but not as cheap as Latam but I was traveling with a friend who had already bought his ticket. The 5 hr flight from Tel Aviv to Madrid was in a super aircraft. Extremely comfortable flight."
Miinukset: "The flight to São Paulo was in an older aircraft, more cramped and no personal entertainment consuls. All in all the flight was fine being an overnight flight, but I would have expected the better aircraft on the long haul flight and the less comfortable aircraft on the short haul. Still good value for money and I'm would definitely fly Air Europa again!"

Miinukset: "The plane doesn't have a entertainement system for each one, instead it was a tiny screen on teh top of some seats. Food is average"
Miinukset: "A low cost company trying to compete with bigger company and prices too high for what you got."
Plussat: "Boarding process"
Miinukset: "A sick/drunk/unfit person delayed the take off for 1 hour, and absolutely nobody informed the rest of the passengers about the situation. We all saw her but no idea what was going on. The aircraft is old, without personal entertainment (Air Europa provided free Wi-Fi to browse a small selection of content though)."
Miinukset: "I booked a Delta flight and got an Air Europa flight. The flight was two hours late. The plane was really old and and had no screens, USB chargers, super tight space and things kept breaking. I’ll never book a flight that is operated by Air Europa."
Plussat: "We didn’t crash"
Miinukset: "Aggressive, offensive, regimented staff almost strip searched people to assure no one violated their carry on ( one item, no purse) rule. We fortunately complied, but they humiliated an entire family for minor violations"
Plussat: "At least this A330 had seat-back IFE unlike another A330 I've flown with AirEuropa, but the selections are very limited."
Miinukset: "Limited selection in the IFE."
Plussat: "The crew was friendly, and the chicken with rice was not amazing but better than average for plane food."
Miinukset: "The plane was not in the best condition, worn seats, many screens not working... Looked like maintenance is not a priority."
Plussat: "Airplane was comfortable, tech was good, food also good and crew was kind."
Miinukset: "The airline change my schedule without notifying. I had to call before my flights to be aware of what was going on. I can understand the situation on my first flight because San Juan was a mess after the hurricane but when they flight me to Madrid on October 1st they never mentioned that they were planning to cancel my return flight. The next week, when I was supposed to return, I called to reconfirm my flight just before checking out at the hotel when the say to me that my flight was cancelled. The other surprise was that they decided not to flight again to San Juan until March of 2018!!! She suggested that they can flight me to La Habana, Santo Domingo or Miami and then It was up to me to buy my way back home!!! Can you believe it?! It's the first time I've had an experience like that with an airline. I'm finayon San Juan a week after I was supposed to, thanks to the bad planning of Air Europa. I believe that the least that they can do is reassuring that every passenger that buys them a ticket can return home as planned."
Plussat: "The crew was helpful. The protracted headrests were nice for sleeping."
Miinukset: "The planes were pretty antiquated and the seats were hard and uncomfortable. They were no oxygen ports which was troublesome for long 8 hour flights. Lack of fresh air! Only 10kg weight limit for carry on luggage."
Miinukset: "Still haven't received been over 2 days."
Plussat: "The plane was on time, but the boarding process was chaotic. The flight attendants were nice."
Miinukset: "The seats were so small. I am 5'2" and had no leg room. I don't know how anyone who is taller fits. The food was really poor and my entertainment system did not work. Also, the gate was not posted on the board until right before the flight boarded and the boarding process was chaotic at best."
Plussat: "Overall the flight was fine."
Miinukset: "My connection in Madrid was bad. I arrived at gate E82 and had to get to A8. Terminals are laid out sequentially and it was quite a walk, with a passport check before the B terminal. Even with an hour and a half layover I had no time to spare going straight there."
Miinukset: "Charged 60 dollars for one suitcase they said they announced in the internet the day before. No email or any other notification. belt sign during the all flight for turbulences that neVer existed No food or water because of the sign No entertainment"
Miinukset: "Flight was cancelled without explanation. We scheduled flight was also seriously delayed. Flight to Barcelona was siginifivantly delayed as well. Poor communication to the passengers. I'll never fly Air Europa again. Moreover, I'll recommend my friends to not fly this airline as well."
Plussat: "The flight was great overall. The staff was super friendly and they kept coming around with water and tea. My seat was comfy and I slept a lot."
Miinukset: "This was a pretty long flight, but the seats did not have individual screens for entertainment like on most international planes. Instead, there were a few large screens in the center aisles but the shows were not in English and you had no personal choice of what to watch."

Plussat: "Decent seats and well lit toilet. Flight landed a little early, which was convenient. The price of the ticket was competitive."
Miinukset: "Boarding was disorganized and a flight attendant was cranky most of the time. It seemed that most flight attendants did not speak or understand English. There was no entertainment, though this was a transatlantic flight. We were offered the rental of iPads with movies and music for 10€."
Plussat: "The crew members were really nice. Five star treatment for economy travelers."
Miinukset: "The plane is big and modern but lacks entertainment alternatives. They offer an IPad for rent for 10Euros. Not good."
Plussat: "Great value for the money, pleasant crew, good food, and comfortable seating."
Miinukset: "In flight entertainment limited to a few small TVs in the center."
Plussat: "Crew was very pleasant and helpful; I forgot to put my seat up n they got me straight with a big smile!! Makes a difference how you correct people. Plane looked fresh n clean And had pillows n blankets, didn't have to ask for one. Four smooth landings!! Thank you for a great trip"
Miinukset: "Tight squeeze sitting"
Plussat: "- I like the economic price. - I like that I was flying in economic class and I was allow to carry two luggages. That makes the difference with any other airline."
Miinukset: "There was one hour delay because the Madrid airport was foggy and they never told the passengers what was going on. When the airplane was almost landing at the Madrid airport with the normal low speed, then suddenly accelerated and start going up to flying around Madrid, then they put music and they never told the passengers what happened or what was going on again."
Plussat: "11 hours flight with no movies. Flight attendants very rude. Bad food. Seats doesn't stay where you want them to stay. They move by itself. Very disorganized embarkation, landing and takeout procedures. I had 3 delayed flights. Very bad experience. I don't recommend at all. Dirty cabin. I found someone else's hair when I opened the pillow."

Plussat: "I was in business class on 787 and everything was fine."
Plussat: "The flight was again pleasant."
Miinukset: "In Barcelona, we waited for between 60-90 minutes for our luggage. Nothing was lost, so there were no additional complications. But it was not clear that why it took so long. The delay was so extensive that even the electronic board and our luggage station no longer showed our flight. The only saving grace is that we see other people's luggage were still coming out."
Miinukset: "The flight was delayed 3 hours and the boarding was quite disorganized."
Plussat: "The food and entertainment were good."
Miinukset: "The discomfort due to my seat assignment. My seat was directly in front of the wall to the restrooms; there was hardly any room to push my seat back into a cozy position and the continuous sound of the toilet flushing was annoying. Select your seats in advance if you're able to."

Miinukset: "No entertainment. My husband's system was missing buttons. The person on the next row couldn't lower table. Might need maintenance. My husband and I paid for upgraded seats but they were given away. We had to fight to sit together. Not very happy."

Plussat: "Went to Barcalona for a wedding, Air Europa was the best price by far. We didn't get delayed once and our checked luggage made the transfer in Madrid."
Plussat: "The Airbus 330-200 offers a 2 by 4 by 2 seating plan. We like the 2 seats together on the window sides of this aircraft. Boarding by rows numbers stops the push and shove and allows for much improved crowd control. Plane departed and arrived on time."
Miinukset: "Much more fluid needs to be offers during flights . Also more variety of flavoured juices is required. The toilet were a mess and need more regular servicing More fruit needs to be added to menu"
Plussat: "The food was good and plane was new and clean."
Miinukset: "Very small seats, they only have the seats in sets of three. The flight was 45 minutes delay."
