The beds were extremely comfortable and the shower was amazing...great water pressure, makes a big difference. Also, the place is close to grocery stores and Joe’s Pizza (you have to try it)

Every room should have a table to eat on. I had to request a table and they accommodated my request. How can a room not have a table to eat on? Where does one eat...the bed, standing up?

The location was great, right across the street from the Federal Reserve and very close to Wall St, World Trade, City Hall, and the Brooklyn Bridge. I stayed in the Superior Studio, and the room was one of the most luxurious I’ve ever stayed in, with a very modern design. It featured a kitchenette with a stove, fridge, and full dishwasher, as well as a living room area and a sleeping area split by a large wooden structure with a desk on one side, and a small closet and drawers on the other, as well as TVs on both sides. The structure left some space between the top and the ceiling as well as the far side and the far wall of the room, giving the room a more open feel. The bathroom was also very modern with all white wall-to-wall tiling, gray textured floor tiling, and a large shower that was level with the bathroom floor, featuring the same tiling to match, and a translucent sliding door to the bathroom. To put into perspective, my partner and a friend of mine went with me to check in, and they were both amazed upon seeing the room. My friend’s jaw dropped when she saw me closing the bathroom door. Although this may not be the most luxurious hotel I’ve stayed in overall, it’s my favorite as of writing this review.

I suppose I didn’t like how the housekeeping service is not included and costs $75 to have done each time. There’s also additional terms to this, such as daily housekeeping service being included with the reservation if an individual makes a flexible reservation (the one with free cancellation up to a certain date) but this is only if the reservation is 4 nights or less. If it’s 5 nights or more, housekeeping will be done only once per week. However, I understand this charge because this is more of a niche luxury hotel that surely faces a lot of competition in the area as well as the whole borough, and they did a great job of keeping the cost relatively low for such high quality amenities. Another thing to note is the bathroom door does not lock, though I had no issue with this.
