Plussat: Crew was very good. Seats were spacious. Plenty of entertainment.

Plussat: THE FLIGHT WAS PLEASANT

Miinukset: I DIDNT LIKE THAT THE TICKET I BOUGHT DIDNT HAVE LUGAGE INCLUDED! I HAD TO PAY 100 EUROS FOR 1 LUGAGE. I COULD BELIEVE A LONG COURSE FLIGHT, A 10 HOURS FLIGHT AND NO LUGAGE! VERY ANOYING!

Plussat: The crew was fabulous

Miinukset: We had a crying baby onboard for the entire flight. I found it difficult to sleep as a result but understand this was outside the control of the airline. A bit more legroom would have been nice but I booked economy so again that was on me.

Plussat: Nothing, I tried to cancel the reservation 3 days after I made it and couldn’t even get a percentage back. What a waste.

Miinukset: Let me cancel the flight for a percentage back so I didn’t have to waste the entire price of the flight for a ticket I couldn’t use.

Plussat: The crew was great. I had read bad reports, but our experience was great.

Miinukset: Nothing , we greatly enjoyed our flight. It was another route to go to Europe and was very pleasant.

Plussat: Due to delays I missed my connection for Newark, airline booked me for JFK which was after four hours. The airline lost my bag and five hour flight becomes 12hours

Plussat: Flight was cancelled and had to be rebooked, pushing our travel home back a day. No positives.

Miinukset: Work around the flight cancellation better to keep people on schedule.

Miinukset: Late flight

Plussat: It was all a smooth operation. In particular I appreciated that since my flight from Chicago was delayed and I missed the original connection, as soon as I disembarked in Reykiavick I found an SMS saying that I had been moved to the next available flight, and they even gave me a food voucher.

Miinukset: They don't give you food on the flight unless you pay which in principle is not a bad thing, and makes for a quieter flight, because it's not the case that everybody is eating, and eating at same time. On the other hand on a long transatlantic flight even a small snack would be appreciated.

Plussat: Mostly on time, better than other flights

Miinukset: Boarding was a disaster - Reykjavik needs some serious re-tooling.

Plussat: The connexion flight: only 15 minutes to reach the plane. I didn't think I could get it. But all the crew at the airport and on the lane were very professional.

Plussat: Clean plane. Decent movie/TV selections on-board.

Miinukset: Stewardesses were not very friendly and snapped at passengers a couple of times.

Plussat: Comfortable seats and complimentary blanket and pillow were a nice touch.

Miinukset: Late boarding call and slow boarding process made flight nearly an hour late taking off. Their staff needs to do a better job getting people on the plane quickly to avoid lateness.

Miinukset: The boarding had no organization what so ever. No food service either.

Plussat: I liked my seat with more legroom. And there was very little turbulence.

Miinukset: I wish there was access to blankets, it was very cold by the window. A better screen design maybe.

Miinukset: Need reasonable charge for checked bag, room so even a small person can sit with shoulders straight, breakfast on overseas flight. Seat depth has shrunk. Hard to hear announcements with airplane noise — air circulation?

Plussat: The flight was as close to as on time as any of the flight segments I had on this trip.

Miinukset: The boarding process was a disaster- the multiple parallel lines for different flights was a source of confusion and rife with line-cutters. Boarding everyone at once isn’t efficient and with a completely full flight results in delays and stupid behavior. Super unimpressed with Reykjavik airport.

Miinukset: Boarding was not very efficient.

Miinukset: Horribly uncomfortable in coach. Leather seats not foot. Clothe would’ve been better. They’d keep you from sliding.

Plussat: Not crowded.

Miinukset: Food! I’ve never been on a 6+ hour flight where they didn’t serve any food!

Plussat: Seating was very comfortable. Good entertainment system.

Plussat: Mostly on time, better than other flights

Plussat: Flight, once we got on one, was fine.

Miinukset: The delay of the first leg from Chicago resulted in missing the Stockholm leg by minutes. They didn’t hold the plane, but told us if we ran, we might make it. The gate was closed when we got there. Also, apparently chicken sandwiches in Iceland contain shrimp, which I’m allergic to.

Miinukset: The boarding is not made smoothly and it is confusing some times

Plussat: Getting off the plane but even that wasn’t fast enough

Miinukset: Extra legroom seats are no different than normal seats. No meals served - everything is cash only except drinks. Flight attendants were rude. Bathroom was leaking - the sink and toilet weren’t working and when I told the attendant she walked in flushed the toilet and walked out w/out addressing issu

Miinukset: Boarding was not very efficient.

Plussat: Crew was kind, efficient, and helpful. Seating was very comfortable.

Miinukset: Entertainment was OK. Most movies did not have subtitles for the hearing impaired. All movies and TV shows should be accessible to those with sensory disabilities. Not fond of purchase food options.

Miinukset: My flight was delayed, I missed my connection flight and now they lost my luggage. Staff are very friendly, but they can't do much to help me. Icelandair is doing OK in handling the situation, but let's see...I am still in an uncertain situation

Plussat: The crew on the plane was very professional and helpful, even with other passengers that weren’t very courteous.

Miinukset: There was only one person checking people in, which was not enough to move things along. There was also confusion over whether bags had to be checked or not, with one person giving us tags but then no one looking at the tags prior to boarding. The whole check in process seemed poorly organized.
