It was clean and tidy, central to everything and surprisingly quite for being in Times Square. Staff were friendly enough, however didn’t go out of their way. We’d stay here again

The breakfast was generous and the location was good. Would have liked access to coffee in my room or outside of breakfast. Frustrating! Bed was comfy, but pushed up against the other bed. Staff was very helpful. They were able to let us check in very early.
It was EXTREMELY small for any room, and this was supposed to be a deluxe family room! The 2 queens and sofa bed were all pushed together. No place for luggage for that many folks except under the bed. Needed a mirror at the tiny desk to help many get ready. No shower privacy as smoked glass wall of shower doubled as bathroom wall, displaying silhouette to entire room. Not family friendly. We registered for 4. Had to ask for more glasses just to brush teeth! No ice bucket, no coffee maker. No restroom other than your room. The elevator required key use but didn't work right, and once someone put theirs in, everyone else pushed buttons so no security was provided.

EXCELLENT HOTEL IN THE MIDDLE OF TIMES SQUARE, 1 BLOCK FROM SHOWS AND RESTAURANTS. ROOM WAS CLEAN AND MODERN, BED A BIT HARD. BREAKFAST WAS BEST FREE BREAKFAST WE HAVE HAD! WILL GO BACK!
A BIT CONFUSING FLOOR PLAN TO FIND ROOM. GLASS BATHROOM A BIT HARD IF WAKE UP IN MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT AS LIGHTS UP ENTIRE ROOM.

Location and accessibility of public transportation
Pillows were not comfortable. Hot water temp extremely high...easily burned if not careful.
