    Restaurant - meal in Temple Court was very good. Building itself is impressive inside.

    Being asked for $150 a day for ‘incidentals’ upon arrival. Reception staff were not welcoming. No coffee/tea making facilities in room.

    Hotel room decor is fantastic.

    Luke on reception was not welcoming, this is my 4th stay at this hotel, most hotels would say welcome back no not Luke, I arrived at 9pm and asked if the restaurant Augustine was still open he said not thinks it’s closing without even ringing to check. I went to my room went on line and booked a table at Augustine for 930pm when I get to the restaurant they said they take order till 10pm.

    I had an amazing stay. The staff were amazing and all my experiences were five stars. The location is in the financial district which I loved since it’s downtown yet quite. You are near the blue and green line making it easy to get around. Also you are a five minute walk (if that) from the Brooklyn Bridge.

“The Ally Cat is a very cool club. It's great that hotel guests have special access. The bathroom was very spacious. We enjoyed the bar downstairs and the ambiance there. The front desk and concierge was very helpful and nice.”
