The Watson Hotel

Great Location. My shower was not working correctly. The shower knob was broken so water was coming out the shower head and the bathtub spout. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable there was no comforter on the bed just sheets. One of the shower towels had what looked like old blood dried in the towel. I was mortified after I realized I used the towel. The Hotel could definitely use a update it looks very out dated.

Location, with easy access to Time Square, Central Park and the rail being 3-4 blocks away.

1. The beds were bumpy and uncomfortable. 2. The heat was set to a high temperature and unadjustable. 3. Saw what looked like a rodent scurry across the room on 2 occasions, seen by hubby and myself.

The view

Noisy all night with an industrial blower to dry out a wet carpet. Not what you need from an upmarket hotel. The key cards for the room only worked 24 hours during a 3 night stay, so kept finding myself locked out of my room

Easy acess to the hotel. It was clean and Comfortable for what it was.

The Hotel was a lot older than on the website. It had a 4 star rating on the website but to me it shiuld have been a 3 star hotel.

Beds are comfy. Housekeeping was excellent!! Location was good.

There was no A/c . I know it was cool outside but inside the hotel rooms were hot and uncomfortable to sleep at night. I did not know about the Breakfast vouchers until second day into my trip .
