I always stay at the Mansion Iturbe when I am in Patzcuaro. It is beautiful and tranquil and elegant. AND, it is right on the main square. The room was comfortable and beautifully decorated. The breakfast and the restaurant are really good, too.
We had some trouble with the television controls, but that is minor. Who goes to Patzcuaro to watch TV?

This was a great experience. The room was large with a nice view, food in the restaurant was excellent. Only issue was the oddly styled bathroom and very tiny shower.
The shower was extremely awkward, small and allowed for lots of water to splash out on to the floor
