Hotelli oli täysi kymppi. Henkilökunta oli äärimmäisen ystävällistä ja kielitaitoista. Sijainti ei voisi Portossa juuri olla parempi. Kannattaa valita huone joelle. Aamiaiset monipuolisia ja herkullisia. Loistopaikka

Henkilökuntaa on runsaasti Suomen hotelleihin verrattuna. Kaikki olivat iloisia, avoimia ja auttoivat kaikessa pyytämättä, riitti kun vaikutti neuvottomalta. Sijainti aivan keskellä, joku pitää sitä hyvä toinen haittana. Kaikki siistiä ja puhdasta, isot kylpytilat. Hotellin yhteydenotto ennen matkaa tuntui hyvältä vaikka ei mitään isompia toiveita ollutkaan.

Ines shows a great sense of engagement with every guest. I loved the handwritten welcome note along with he personalized e-mail before arriving. Their Beverage Manager, Thiago was great to meet and so welcoming behind the bar. I love their cocktail events that allow us to know the management team and learn more about Pestana. The view is fantastic, and the location is close to all the must-see locations in the area. The staff is helpful, welcoming, and the energy is contagious. I loved Porto and Pestana was a huge reason why. My only feedback would be to provide guests with mosquito repellents or let us know about them because they did end up in our room quite often. Also, it would help to provide guests with more info on how to use their tickets on the boat rides on the Douro River in terms of where to exchange the tickets we buy at the hotel with the boarding passes and where to board. Overall, it was a great experience and I can't wait to go back to Oporto and stay at Pestana. Truly worth it.
