Very nice and calm place
Very convenient, very close to the beach and to many restaurants and shops. I really liked my bed and the silence in the room.

Not Too much happy with...
Location : Superb
Room : Small Clean : Initial It was clean but next day no one came for cleaning.
Superb
Very convenient location at the very center of Tel Aviv 10 minutes by walk from the sea. Perfectly clean rooms, really comfortable bed and friendly personal. There is no breakfast these days, but the hotel's guests enjoy 10% discount for breakfast at the cafe in front of the hotel.
Good location . Very Simple
Location.
Enjoyed the hotel, the time...
great location with lots of good cafes and bars nearby, quiet hotel for a good night sleep
parking
Perfectly clean and looks recently refurbished. Location is excellent. Apartments on second and third floors with elevator. Double windows and truly soundproof even during rush hour. Large walk-in shower. Comfortable bed with excellent pillows. We didn't use the WiFi so can't tell. Code to enter the building, regular key to the apartment.
Clean, central, easy check-in
No bathtab stopper, ran out of hot water, thin walls...
1.Location - the best you can find in Tel Aviv. Close to the beach, TLV port, lovely park. There are many restaurants and supermarkets in the area. 2. Hotel staff were friendly and professional - always ready to help. 3. Room was nice and well-designed with great shower and kitchenette - although not too big. 4. I stayed during the COVID pandemic and really appreciated all the measures they took to ensure safety of the guests and staff. 5. You get 10% discount in the cafe across the street.
It is a nice small hotel in a wonderful location. There are some things in the room that could use some maintenance (e.g. paint and curtains), but these things didn't affect my stay. Also there are no lobby or other common areas to hang out.
The room was comfortable and clean, equipped with everything I needed and even had a small work table. The hotel located very centrally right on Dizengoff st but still very quite so you don't get that busy street noise when you're in the room. The staff was nice and accommodating and the after hours check in was very easy as well.
Overall perfect stay, highly recommended.

We loved staying at Dizengoff 208 Hotel. We were sad to leave! Everything was clean and modern. The hotel was simple, with an elevator (much appreciated with our heavy luggage!). The hotel was located in a safe, upscale neighbourhood, with plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby. The room was the perfect size, with clean sheets, a small fridge and a modern bathroom. Best of all- the spacious shower had plenty of hot water (no need to pre-heat the water). Highly recommended!
We would have liked to have stayed longer!
The location is excellent. In a vivid an nice area/part of Dizengoff Street. A lot of cafés, bars and supermarket, shopping facilities around. 7 min. walk to the see. 10 Minutes promenade to Dizengoff Square, Bus stations directly at the hotel. Great spot to start to discover the city. The staff was very friendly and helpfull. We wanted to change the room, as we didn't like the back yard view; that was no problem -- after one night we could move (as booked out the same day). We asked for a microwave and got it the same day. We moved from a premium to regular room (see above) and the refund was done correctly after checking out. The rooms to the street are perfect (we were in the 3rd floor) - they are bright and they have double windows so there is no noise from the street. We liked the compact, "minimal" and unpretentious design of the room (and that it doesn't have a carpet). Breakfast can be taken in a café opposite of the hotel (with 10% discount) -- we didn't use it, but it's a nice offer.
The walls between the rooms seem to be thin, one could hear people speak; ear plugs helped. (But this seems to be a "general" problem of a lot of houses in TLV.) Windows could be cleaner -- but this also seems to be a "general" issue in TLV as we've seen ... ;-)
The location, the staff, drinking water, comfortable room, modern design
Everything was great.
Everything
Nothing
I came before check in time The room was ready for me Great service Highly recommend
The room, the beds and the location.
Excellent location Elevator Free water disposal Easy check-in and check-out
The cold water dispenser is useful.
The bathroom was slightly smelly, as if there was a damp problem, and there were some black marks around the tiles.
We were at this hotel for 3 days (22.12.19-25.12.19) During this time, we made sure that we made absolutely the right choice! The staff is very friendly and speaks excellent English. The hotel itself is located in a good location. On the one hand, across the street pizza hut, and on the other side of the minimarket. To the beach to go 5-7 minutes. The hotel is clean and bright. Our room was clean. There is a kitchenette with a kettle and a microwave, as well as a small refrigerator. On the 2nd floor there is a cooler with clean water. Cleaning and linen change every day! The linen smells fresh. The mattresses are very soft and comfortable. I recommend this hotel to everyone!
staff were helpful. location was fantastic. value for money.
the bed cover was not very clean
We didn't have breakfest so we can't make an evaluation. But everything was perfect and we appreciated the location
no comment
staff very friendly and helpful. Room comfy and location excellent. Good value
Very friendly and helpful staff. Very comfortable room with good coffee-making facilities.
I would have liked breakfast to be served in the hotel, but it seems there is no space as the hotel is small. Instead, there is a discount for the coffee shop across the street which is OK.
Modern, comfortable and clean (!!) Rooms, in walking distance to the beach, supermarkets, bus stops... Not so overpriced as many other hotels in TLV. Simply great !
If they would offer any kind of breakfast (maybe in cooperation with one of the close coffee shops) it would be 100% perfect
It's at the best location in Tel Aviv. Double windows, so the room is super quiet. The staff was amazing, very friendly and helpful. The price was the best you could get!
Perfect location in the city center and 10mins walk from the beach Staff very helpful
Very nice staff I lost my wallet in my room and they called me back the day after to manage the sending to me. Thanks a lot
Good location for city and beach. No frills but clean.
Really excellent welcome. Answered every question, arranged for us to access room early (very much appreciated after long flight from Australia). Arranged early morning taxi to airport at set fee.
All very satisfactory. No issues at all.
Location is king. But here is only about location.
This is not properly an Hotel. In my country you certainly could not brand it as an Hotel. These are just few rooms above a pharmacy. services are zero. you just get the key of the room and an access code to enter the building. for the price you pay it looks like too much to me.
The room was comfortable, strong WiFi, great lighting, location, and the staff was friendly and helpful.
Room was clean and well located.
Room was a little small
Superb location, the beach is very close, good public transportation, easy access to the hotel and to the room. It was a very convenient stay at the hotel. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful.
Even in the small kitchen a microwave could fit in, but nontheless the room was well equipped.
There were none offered.
Non slip pads on shower floor for safety. Fall prevention.
Convenient location with keyless building entry. The rooms were large and had all necessary amenities. Staff was welcoming and the rooms were spotless and cleaned daily. Cold mineral water is provided free on the first floor - great for filling your bottle before heading out on a day trip to the desert!
Bed is "king size" which is actually two twins pushed together. This is fine, but strangely the comforter was not large enough for a king (it was probably meant for a smaller bed). This meant some cold toes at night! Not a huge issue but probably worth correcting for the "king" suites.
Nice hotel in a lively area. Lots of bars, restaurants, shops etc. On the street. The rooms were clean, modern, functional. One of Tel Aviv's better hotels. Certainly a place that I can recommend.
We never saw any staff, which was fine b/c we got (late) check in instructions by email If you want to be close to the old town or at the beach front, this is not uour hotel either.
The staff were amazing. The room was clean.
you can't open curtains as the view outside not very good.
The hotel is very good, good position, clean and very kind staff.
We were not informed they reserved for us the accessible room.
Great location in the middle of lively area. At the same time, very close to the beach and public transport. Very friendly staff and nice atmosphere.
Great value for money and very nice rooms
Small friendly clean. Good sized rooms.
Hard to change the shower from over head to hand held.
The location was great. 5min walking to beach. Room with AC very clean and proper size
Really good for value in an excellent location. Perfect for exploring.
super friendly and helpful staff!! cleanliness, comfy beds
I definitely would stay there again
Bed was comfy and firm, room was very clean, had rain shower, restaurants and coffee shops and fast foods and supermarket all around
Could have had bathrobes,
Guy who worked at reception was great (sorry couldn't remember his name). Loved the location, close to beach, lots of bars restaurants on door step. Clean, functional rooms.
Nothing!
The property offered excellent value in location, room size and the daily rate.
The wifi was a loser--too slow to use even for just reading news.
The location of this hotel is excellent. Only about five minutes walk to the beach, plenty of supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Some fifteen minutes walk to Dizendoff central (large shopping mall) and many busstops round the hotel. Everyone in the small reception speaks English and everyone is helpful and polite. The manager was exeptionally nice and told us also about livingcosts and taxes in Israel. I warmly recommend this hotel!
If the hotel could provide laundrymachine somewhere in the hotel, it would be excellent.
Everything you need is there
It is a hostel not a hotel
WiFi fast, bed comfortable, Aircon working great, friendly staff, good location
Lack of facilities
Leaving the luggage in the reception untill from the check out untill our flight
Location No kitchen Not cleaned under the bed and under the sofa
Everything, location, personnel was amazing, really helpful, room clean and comfortable
Everything was great
The bed was very comfortable. The room was clean. They let us check in an hour earlier. The. staff was nice.
There was supposed to be a microwave and kitchenette - there was not. The pictures looked much nicer than the room. They gave us a tiny soap and minimal toiletries.
Good location, nice room.
Stayed there before and book it whenever I come to TLV. I simply like the place. It feels like being home.
There was some renovation in progress and I liked some of the furniture more as it was before.
Very cute room with small kitchen. Great location, right on Dizengoff but very quite
Locate is convenience
no view from room
Perfect Location, clean, great staff, very comfortable and well recommended
Was great!
In my opinion the customers’ rating of this hotel (over 9.0 by Booking.com) is highly over-estimated. Though, I respect the opinions of those who offered such a high rating to this hotel. My opinion is based on exclusively the experience of staying in room 26 in the first half of April 2019. The room is especially designed and arranged for the handicapped customers. It is a plus for the hotel, but not necessarily for those who do not require special facilities for handicapped. It is a very reasonable accommodation for those who are looking for simple and budget affordable stay in Tel Aviv. Still it is not the cheapest option to compare this place with the similar ones. Sort of kitchen, small fridge, safety box are obvious assets – plus coffee/tea/sugar as an offer from the hotel. Still the rooms are very small and comfort is very basic. It is expensive (I guess, because of its location close to the centre of Tel Aviv) – in my opinion it does not meet the criteria of cost/value standard. EUR 140 per night in April for quite a basic comfort and service is in excess. It is to be noted that the staff was always very attentive and friendly.
Refer to the above.
I thought everything was great and I have no complaints. The staff at the front desk were so fabulous and helpful. They were able to offer us free parking which was such a bonus. I loved the free spring water. The room was so quiet as the windows are double glazed so even though we were on a main road it was so quiet. Brilliant position, close to restaurants and shopping. Would definitely stay here again.
The photos give the impression that the rooms are larger than they are.
Excellent location
There is no 24 hour check in counter. We had to request late check in and understand the procedure to get access into facility upon arrival. We wrote to Book.com and sent e mail to facility when we made reservation. Then we sent e mail again about seven days before arrival to remind the facility. We got access password from facility two days before our arrival.
The staff, management, room and location
Nothing
The service. We arrived late but we got clear instructions how to enter the building and room when reception was closed.
Nothing
Appreciated the personal service.
It’s a very small hotel. Reception area was a desk tugged at the corner.
Air conditioning was quiet and effective. Hot shower included an overhead rain shower head. TV was good sized and placed effectively for viewing from the bed. Small in room personal safe.
Our queen sized bed comprised two mattresses. It was firm. No proper reception area to rest if one was waiting for pick up
Just perfect !
Nothing
The hotel staff were very friendly and assisted us with all our requests regarding the local area, arranging trips and booking taxis etc. The hotel is in an excellent location for a short stay with all points of interest within walking distance.
Can be noisy if guests do not show respect for others.
Friendly staff, silence, cleanness
Great location.
Noise from the street.
Super confortabel and super clean.
The first minute we arrived, we knew we booked the right place! The guy who checked us in was absolutely incredibly welcoming!! After a 12hr flight and at 8:30 am, he apologized that the room wasn’t ready yet! (Such a nice change to 4-5* chain hotels barely glancing at you and telling you check in is at 4pm at times
The rest of the staff was great, but nobody came close to the very first experience :)
Great location and very modern materials. The shower was big and the bed was very comfortable. You have a microwave and large desks.
You have to get your breakfast somewhere else, but the place with discount across the street it’s a great option. The windows were dirty.
We loved everything. It has perfect location, staff was really nice, the room was clean
Location & staff
The shower is pretty spacious. Great wi-fi. Comfy bed. Central.
Nil
It was in a good position and good value for prize
Staff were great- helpful and very welcoming. Hotel was spotless. Rooms are small but stylish.
Rooms are not soundproof. You can hear people in the hallway if they are loud.
The hotel is perfect, Maor and Gorge do their best to help, very clean and in a great location.
This hotel was recommended to me by a friend who had been in Tel Aviv a few months earlier. She told me it was a "gem" and she was right. It's a small hotel with a lot of nice touches- very clean and attractively decorated, friendly and efficient staff, excellent wifi connection and television, small kitchenette for keeping or reheating food (microwave oven and fridge), nice closet and drawers, and a water dispenser on the first floor. Being small there is no breakfast room, but you get a 10% discount at a really nice cafe just across the street or you can easily prepare coffee and tea with sweets in your room. There's also a small supermarket right next door. Last but not least, it's in a great neighbourhood that is full of restaurants and bars. I got really good recommendations from the staff but in the end I stuck to a super Lebanese restaurant two blocks away called Abu Zaki.
The location is wonderful! Central and convenient. The bed was comfortable. It was nicely arranged and the small mini kitchen was nice to have. The initial staff member was super nice and helpful!
1. We had no hot water! We wanted to take a shower in the morning and the water was cold. We called reception, and the employee said we should wait 15 minutes. We waited and still, there were no hot water! We called again, he said he will come and try to fix it from the inside, and it will take something like 15-20 minutes. At this point we wanted to start our day so we just passed the suggestion. When we checked out he just said that it doesn’t make sense we didn’t have hot water because he checked in the entire hotel and in all the rooms it’s working. We received no apology, no compensation or nothing. We found his approach very unpleasant. Also, the fact that we left a hotel without the ability of taking a simple shower is unacceptable. We didn’t arrive at a guesthouse. 2. You can only drink fresh water from the big container in the 2 floor, which was empty when we arrived. We didn’t knew how to replace it, it’s also not our job.
Make sure you stay at this hotel! The location is more than great! Even though it is situated on the most central street of Tel Aviv, there is no noise in the room (and I am a really light sleeper). All the staff is really polite and helpful but Nilly was more than awesome. When someone tried to steal us at a currency exchange counter, we told Nilly what had happened and she immediately got over there and took our money back (150 euro). The person in question later claimed that the money had fallen in the machine slot and couldn't find it and that's why he had given us less money, but Nilly - superhero resolved the issue and saved our holiday budget. The owner of the hotel even spared us 20 shekels of our bill, in order to compensate for our bad experience, even though it was none of his fault! All in all, a great hotel with great people.
The beds, even though really comfortable, may be kind of tricky if you are very very tall. And the shower curtain, at least in our room, was a little short, so we had to pay attention not to spill water everywhere while we showered. None of these issues is a real problem, but I had to find something in order to be completely objective!
The shower - position of the shower head made it difficult to take a shower and flooded the bathroom
Clean big room. The staff is friendly and most of all the location is great, close to lots of restaurants and shops. Easy to get around and easy to get a cab when needed
The TV connection had no interesting channels. No CNN and BBC.
This is my third time staying in this hotel. It is wonderful, clean, comfortable and in a great location. I will continue to stay here when I am in Tel Aviv.
They had wonderful handicapped facilities.
Parking was far away.
The location is perfect, close to many nice restaurants and cafes. The room is big enough, well equipped and surprisingly quiet if you consider the central location of the hotel. Very comfortable bed.
The window was dirty on the exterior side.
Location, staff’s courteousness, availability in general...
The hotel is basic in terms of amenities but the rooms are new and modern, Its on the most central street with lots of cafes restaurants and liveliness. Would stay again.
The location is great
Nothing
Excellent location, hotel looks like new, very comfortable rooms and very kind receptionist.
Location
It was impossible to to keep the bathroom floor dry from the shower. Do not disturb sign kept falling off door and the room was cleaned despite the fact that we were leaving early the next morning. It wasn't a huge problem
Perfect and very helpfull receptionist
It was very quite for being in such a good location. We got a free upgrade to a larger room. 10 minute walk to beach and surrounded by great bars and restaurants. Front desk is not always serviced but the people (especially the manager) were super friendly and helpful. Bus stop right outsight the door. Filtered water is available for free at the hotel. Breakfast is not included but you get a discount at the cafe across the street.
Mini fridge in room very loud…. but that's it.
Good location, you can find a lot of bar and restaurant around the hotel. Staff members were friendly and helpful. The room was pretty, bed was comfortable, bathroom is small but clean.
WIFI is good and fast (in Israel)
good location, nice staff
no maps of the city available at property
simple and nice, good location. clean, privacy.
No breakfast is served. that is a problem, especially on Saturday mornings.
The Hotel is not far from the beach ca. 8 min walk. A perfect location with lots of Restaurants and Cafés around. The manager and his crew are amazing and very helpful. I will highly recommend this Hotel.
