I love how beautiful the resort was. Every inch of it was beautiful. I loved the infinity pool on the roof of the Plumeria restaurant. I spent many afternoons tanning there, it felt private and secluded.
The location of the resort is a bit remote. It's far from anything and you can't travel cheaply around from the resort. Many of the things on site are very expensive for Bali. A massage is 6 times more expensive at the resort than if you walk a few minutes down the street to a local masseuse.

The employees are very lovely, smiling and helpful at this hotel. I enjoyed my trip there thanks to them.
We asked to for another room as the first room did not have any window. How is this possible ? The WiFi is very bad and should definitely be improved. The quality is simply not acceptable. Some improvements are also recommended with regards to the food. The prices at the hotel restaurant are too high for the quality especially if you compare with what you have in Ubud center real restaurants. The General manager needs to take some action to improve the overall quality because the venue is beautiful and the staff amazing.

Myself and my partner just left Seminyak/Kuta area and we’re in need of a wind down with lots of relaxation. This was the perfect place to be. Amazing hotel with fabulous facilities. While we were here we both got the couple hot stone massage which was out of this world. After trekking through many of the attractions around Ubud this massage is just what was needed . Overall too marks, and if I return to Ubud again, this is exactly where i will be staying
