The design is awesome. Great carpet in the room and strong shower. The staff are friendly and the communal area is funky. Gutted we didn't get a chance to play table tennis or use the roof top sauna, both of which looked great. The classic humous is good too and would have liked to have eaten the breakfast.
The hotel was quite far down pfingdstrasse so it felt a bit out on a limb although excellent transport links with tram stop just outside and intriguing museum opposite despite being more of a business district . The beds were huge but a little hard and the rooms spacious but a tiny bit stuffy.

The staff was great. They upgraded me to a suite with no reason, just to make me feel better. Great customer care. I have been to this hotel twice and Jorg has always been very kind, smiley and efficient.

My sheets were completely dirty when I arrived and the cleaning lady didn't even bother changing them! The woman at the reception during my checkout was very unpleasant I wouldn't come again for sure

The staff was great. All were helpful and kind. The location is nice. The style/decor of the hotel and the room is really fun and quirky. The room was plenty large and the bathroom was just right with a super nice rain shower head and good sized counter.
The door of the spa/gym is VERY loud. Either the hours should be limited (rather than 24 hours) or a quiet/silent close door needs to be installed. Until then, avoid the two rooms directly adjacent to the spa/gym.
