Ema House Hotel Suites

Spacious space. Clean environment. Very nice view.The receptionist and the food delivery staff were very friendly and smiling. Staying at the hotel made us feel very friendly and comfortable.

The drainage in the shower room has a strong smell. But when I use the floor mat to cover it, there is no smell.

Early check out! Am paying thr price of 1 night for checking at 7:00. Full price not even half!

The one bedroom apartment was really commodious for a group of four, and we were happy to find that there were actually two separated rooms (one bedroom and one study with beds) The view from windows of the living room was really amazing

We were firstly arranged to a room which was not what we booked.(we didn’t notice either lol) After unpacking our stuff, we were told that they showed us to the wrong one... They confused us with another Chinese family because we have familier last names lol. It was really tiring to pack and move for the correct room. There was the first name written on the paper as well, they wouldn’t have made the mistake if they had been more careful :(

We had suite 702 and it was beautiful.

There was one dirty towel but honestly this was a minor thing the room was clean to a high standard (and I’m a bit OCD)
