Delicious food, kind staff and...

I love this hotel and kind staff! We will stay there again for shure. The receptionist was super kind to us and speaks slovakian which is great for us or not english speaking turists. We really enjoyed the food which was delicious., so we couldnt wait to the dinner every evening. Also this hotel is super close to the Beach and super close to the Airport and the Palma city. You need to take bus 25 and this bus takes you directly to the city when weather is not fine for example. So I fully recommend to stay in this hotel.

I recommend to improve only small things like equipment in the hotel room, e.g hair conditioner or body milk I would be nice..

Great accommodation with a nice clean room, excellent breakfast and dinner. Staff was very helpful. Location was great, near to the beach, to Palma and also to the airport.

The wifi was nearly unusable. Our sink drained very slowly.

Food was excellent and varied in the hotel. I went with a group of hardcore cyclists and everybody could find something enjoyable to eat. The hotel has recently been refurbished so everywhere was very clean and modern. The hotel is very well located for the beach, buses and airport.

Being early in the season there was very little evening entertainment on in the hotel.

Beautiful hotel not far from beach and close to the airport. I stood here for one night. At this price it was great.

The breakfast was fabulous. It was the largest buffet I've ever seen in a four-star hotel in Western Europe. There was even a standby chef who can make you any kind of egg dish on demand. Most of the staff were typical: efficient and impersonal. But the lady at the buffet, I believe her name is Paqui, was very friendly. She would come back at random times to check if we were OK. She would crack jokes that my parents did find very funny. She has amazing rapport, and communicates very effectively. Location is at Playa de Palma, quite far from the city center. The location's appeal is that it is nearly beachside. I imagine this place to be really lively in the summer, with so much restaurants and cafes in the vicinity. Unfortunately, most establishments were closed for winter, but we expected it and that really didn't bother us. A car would be useful. Rooms feel new, and all have balconies. Contrary to the experience of most reviewers here, wifi was actually fast. The pool and the surrounding lawn is spacious. It is right by a street that leads to Palma. There are regular bus services, but hiring a car is recommended.

The elevator was a bit cramped. We were travelling with a wheelchair-bound guest, so there was some struggle to fit him in the elevator. Also another thing, the bathroom is not a room in itself. The toilet is closed, no worries about that. But the shower is quite open. It's a privacy issue, which might make you feel awkward. But if you're comfortable with who your sharing the room with, it's fine.

Food really was excellent and cooked from fresh with fab chef's. I would highly recommend this hotel to families couples and my experiences being a solo traveller. 4 Star +

Bar very expensive, you'll need your sunglasses on in the evening bar area ,far to bright and not cosy in any way .

Excellent hotel!! great location in Can Pastilla. The beds are very comfortable, everything is new, rooms are not huge but the size is ok. We had already breakfast included and at reception they offer us to add dinner, great idea!! It was winter and there were no many options around. Both, breakfast and dinner were delicious!! a lot of variety and every day they were different options of food, very good service and tasted great! The people at reception are very friendly!

A small thing to improve, in my personal opinion the pillows are not the best ones. It happened twice to us, that the shower was extremely hot the water and we couldn't get cold water. We told the reception guy about it and they were going to fix it. Apart from that we had a great stay and we will come back!

For our One night stay ( as we were en route elsewhere ) the location and our room were quite exceptional and extremely good value for money. We did have breakfast too which was inclusive and the variety and quality was very good too. On another occasion, we wouldn't dismiss staying longer than one night.

There didn't appear to be any food facilities albeit light snacks in the bar for people who arrive late. This would have been welcome as we had missed dinner throughout our journey to Palma.

Great location on frequent public transport route. Hotel quiet but many attractions locally, so an excellent base.

Generally good choice of food to suit all at breakfast. However, the temperature of the food could be warmer and plates would be better heated for hot food.

Pool view, sea view, sun lounge terrace wish I stayed longer to appreciate it more as we went out a lot of the time.

Shower water leaked through the seal when you got out ,there was water that needed wiping up but not a big problem

Friendly staff at the reception and at the restaurant, a nice surprise was that my standard room was upgraded to a partial sea view room, thank you! I could hear the sound of the sea waves from my balcony. Clean room. The chef of the grill is a constant source of good vibes. Big choice of dishes. Comfortable location: 1 min walk to the beach, many bars to watch sunsets by the sea, 10 minutes by bus from the airport and 15-20 mins from Palma Center.

The food in the restaurant, maybe too much offer!

We have enjoyed our stay. The people of the restaurant, and bar were very friendly. The location is near the airport and near the boulevard/beach. The buffet breakfast and the buffet diner are excellent. We certainly come back .

The in-room safe must be free of charge in this 4 star hotel.

Couldn’t change the temp of the air blowing into the room, was quite warm even tho it was set at 17!

The food was of excellent quality and variety. Meal periods were long. Access to local buses was easy, and the airport was only ten minutes away by taxi. Palma beach was only two minutes walk away. The electronic information screen was very helpful. The swimming pool looked inviting though I did not use it myself. Room was comfortable and quiet. Exterior of hotel is more attractive than many others nearby.

I will definitely come back and I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is only 10mins away from the airport. A few minutes walk to the beach. Lots of shops, bars and cafes for almost all your necessities. The bus stops just in front of the hotel to the city. Our room was so clean, change of towels every day and house keeping. Food was okay although that could be improved as there's no much variety. Overall, very happy with our stay!!

The food was good, with a reasonable selection of dishes. The waiting staff were excellent. The hotel is excellent value for money and the location is good - close to the beach and bus to Palma.

Reception staff were ok - but you get the feeling that simple requests are found annoying. For example, we asked twice for English speaking TV channels and were assured this could be sorted, but nothing happened. We didn't bother them again about it or anything else. The bathroom doesn't give you sufficient privacy (not closed off from the bedroom) - if you are holidaying with people you don't know so well you will know each other VERY well by the end of your holiday, whether you like it or not!

Okay. Reception lady (don't remember her name. Blond one) was very very kind with us and treated us really nice way. Want to thank her big time! Hotel was recently renovated as I got it. And it is quiet fresh and smells fine) We got a room at the top floor with a nice sea view and it was just gorgeous. Beach is 2-3 minutes walk from your room. The breakfast was really really rich. You could find almost everything you might want for breakfast there. Liked our stay a lot! Cheers!
