Had 3 rooms, all of them had issues. In my first room the water was running down inside the window making the room very moist. When increasing the air-conditioning at night, water was spraying on the bed because the room was so humid. When we changed room, the air-conditioning started beeping in the middle of the night and maintenance could not fix it. (I always set air-con to low speed and between 25-27 degrees, nothing much demanding) The third room had mold on the ceiling and the safe didn't work, I stopped complaining because there was no end to this and the hotel next door which is much better was completely full.

The location is really good and they served a good breakfast.
It was our 2nd time there, and this time, We thought the reception was a little cold. We were on vacation and we didn’t feel comfortable like the first time. Another point was the noise; they put us on the 7th floor with a awful view and an annoying noise above us.

Old rooms, not well taken care. Breakfast looked like a high school cafeteria Pool was old and no sun and outdated
