The staff were extremely friendly and helpful especially Anna who went out of her way to make sure our stay was perfect. The location is very good

The staff were amazing. We stayed in a lot of 5 star properties and the Staff at O’gallery Were 5 star. The rooms were very large and comfortable. Food at the restaurant was great. My wife and I had massages in the spa and that was awesome. Also the location was perfect. Close to everything. Wish we didn’t have to leave.

Brilliant location, great staff with a personal touch, amazing hospitality. One of the best experiences I’ve had in years. Highly rate the property and the experience.

We found the staff to be amazing - friendly, helpful and efficient. They made me feel like family. The breakfast was good and the room overlooking the street was large, comfortable and tastefully decorated with a European touch. The restaurant had very good Vietnamese food.

Our first room was small and had no outside looking windows. Nothing can be done about this because of the nature of Hanoi buildings. I suggest a room with a window looking out on street or back. The bathroom had a cheap tub with shower. The tub was not installed properly so it is difficult to not get lots of water on the floor.
