Henkilökunnan ystävällisyys ja avuliaisuus on huippuluokkaa. Hotelli sijaitsee Ho Hoan Kiem järven rannalla ja lähellä vanhaa kaupunkia sekä kohtuullisen lähellä muitakin keskeisiä nähtävyyksiä.
Aamupalaa ei tarjota seisovasta pöydästä, mutta toivomuksia esittämällä saa varmasti haluamansa . Toisaalta tällä tavoin tarjoiltuna ei ruokahävikkiä synny samaan tapaan kuin buffet pöydästä.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. They learnt our names and were always interested in what we had planned and how they could help. Our flight from the UK landed very early in the morning - the reception and housekeeping team ended up prioritising our room so we were able to check in more than 4 hours early - we were so grateful for that! The location of the hotel is right next to a beautiful lake - at the weekend we were there they closed off the roads and there was a fun carnival atmosphere.
The hotels rooftop bar seemed to be closed for refurbishment so will be great when that re-opens.

Service from staff was next level perfect and the location couldn't have been better. The room itself was the largest one in the hotel and well worth the little extra to secure it. A private balcony where I was served dinner by candlelight and a lazy late breakfast. Just perfect in every regard.
