Queen Kapiolani Hotel

I liked the location the best! Next, the valet staff had a lot of aloha and energy. The pool, 24 hour gym (closed), and the room is spacious!

The cost, but people cannot work for free.

Loved the services and events provided during the week! Restaurant inside the hotel was beyond amazing! Staff was unbelievably friendly and really made us feel wanted and at home. Would come here again!

Once you left the premise got a bit sketchy but that has nothing to do with the hotel itself since it was really safe and there was staff out always ready to help if needed.

Perfect location, clean room, beautiful lobby to hang out, friendly staff, nice pool/bar area in the 3rd floor, nice open area on the 2nd floor, beautiful decor. We will definitely recommend to family and friends. Thank you!

Location! Also the view of diamond head and the ocean were amazing!

Pool was cold and not very pretty.

The rooms were clean. Jr suite was comfortable and spacious for the 4 of us. Balcony was long and nice to relax outside on. Hotel was beautiful

Service took awhile when asking for towels at the pool. Ice machine wasn’t working when we checked in and had to go to other floors.
