it not a hotel, it seems hostel , could be one or two stars , the place located inside residential zone , building finishing around the hotel is so bad that needs plastering and coating. The hotel without operating company and self-operated by employers , without one uniforms , parking area seams animal warehouse, smoke machine used for killing the flying insects operating with toxic smoke , the hotel is using motorcycle for collecting something that run fast inside the wake way and the wake ways is not wide enough to pass that may kill kids , no washing machine at restaurant /kitchen , the staff are washing using hands without soap , no sanitation , no clean tools used ..etc.

I paid for sea view and the view was a dirty place. The room was really bad and old. Everybody was working at hotel were speaking Russian, even TV all channels was Russian.

Not as fancy as the pictures Good food but not a lot of variety every day same dishes

Aqua facilites is good

Staff are very bad attitude except receptionist called helal. Most of staff are aggressive. I asked for towels at beach the guy told me he didn't have. After that i found he had towels when i asked him that he did not give me my request. He was so aggressive. I complained to manager. He was decent but nothing happened he did not follow my complain and pools are dirty. Aqua was good but not monitored properly. Kids are sliding over each other with risk of injuries or drowning. Beach and pool seats are very low quality that injured a lot of guests. My wife finger was broken because of that and every day u find a lot of guests with stiches and wounds. Really very bad experience. I have paid a lot of money with no fun i can give him one star rating

During the search process, the amount was EGP 7636 but suddenly 553 US dollars was withdrawn from my credit card. I think this resort is not reliable in dealing and I would advise not to deal with it...

I do like the view of my room and the beach as well and everything else was poor or less than that!!!

Everything was not bad except the way of behaving from the reception, so poor!!!

Rooms are clean and spacious. Air conditioner works fine.

What aqua park? 3 sliders in bad shape in a very small pool is not an aqua park. Kinds have to wait 10 min for each turn. Opens from 10 to 12 and from 14 to 17 total 5 hours a day. Food is a ...

location is good and i like hotel's beach

honestly it was not good stay!!!

Cheap with cheap quality. If you are not concerned about the quality of hte hotel, staff, food, then stay here. If you like anything nice, go elsewhere. I was disgusted with the food, and service.

All around a horrible expereince.

First, I admire of this hotel from first sight but when I relate with hotel stuff I recognize that very bad hotel stuff bad manner also the Food is very very bad and they doesn't has any Food experince, the Water in the bathroom is very small we enter the batheroom of the lobby aslo my friend Hazem He didn't take his comfort with his girlefriend.
