my stay was great as usul the staff made me very welcome and my room was like a ball room and the bed would have slept a family good facilities tea and coffee in the room.the last time the hotel was tired and staff was very slow.this time she has been spruced up and she was back to as i remembered her from the past
the only thing was i was charged 24 ringets more than what i had agreed with through bookings .c0m
Room service was non existent, just for a bucket of ice we rang through twice after waiting half an hour to have it never arrive. Better food to be found in the little local eateries. Will not be staying there ever again

I liked the room which had 3 rooms, 1464 ans 1465. These two rooms can be linked as the door separating it can be opened. Any one who wish to stay with family can book this two rooms. It would only cost RM 400+
The hotel has got many indian girls employed. While the girls at the 8th floor who are involved in marketing do a good job with a smiling face, the indian girls in the reception (who are more important for the customer) dont seem to respect or welcome the indian expat touriest with a smile. They keep their face too strong.
The condition of toilet was beyond expectation.

The carpet in the room is very dusty, very terrible. The curtain has holes. I wonder why nothing is done about it as it is very obvious. The water from the sink is red in color from rust. Maybe nobody has used the room for a long time. The tv remote doesn't have back cover. They use a piece of dirty paper to mend it. There is no tissue in the bedroom. There is no toilet paper. The hotel room doesn't even qualify for a three star hotel. I am sorry to say all this, but it a fact. Very disappointing compared to other hotels I have stayed in in Kuala Lumpur.

Everything in the room is old. The towels are so bad, you know that it has been used for ages, almost like "kain buruk" at my house. I was shocked to find that under the seat of the sofa, they stucked bed sheet because the spring has broken. My husband got bad backache after sleeping on the bed.The first room I got was so bad, very dirty, the carpet in front of the bedroom is wet and smelly, so I changed room. Though I got cheap room rate, I expect the room is at least clean and no bad smell, so that you can sleep. It's high time for the hotel to change the towels, bed, etc.
