I really loved the room and the hotel! Almost nothing to complain. Pools were really nice. Plenty of shops if you want to do shopping. Really big and comfortable bed. 3 televisions in the room. Automatic curtains. I recommend this hotel to everyone! It would have been nice if there would have been a hairdryer in the room. Every cheap motel has hairdryers, so why this 4-star hotel does not?

Erinomainen sijainti, peruspalvelut ok, huone toimiva ja siisti. Keskeinen sijainti vetää pelureita muistakin hotelleista, nimenomaan automaattien pelaajia, isot rahat pelataan muualla. Tästä(kin) johtuen paljon varttuneempaa väkeä liikenteessä... Yleiset tilat hieman nuhruiset ja tupakka palaa kaikkialla, tosin jälkimmäinen tapahtuu kaikkialla Vegasissa. Erittäin suuri miinus luottikortti sekoiluista! Vastoin lupausta hotelli veloittaa osan summasta jo varausta tehdessä. Lisäksi seurueen useilta korteilta on tehty mystisiä katevarauksia hotellin toimesta, asiaa selviteltiin sekä paikanpäällä että nyt kotona mutta suuria, koko varauksen yhteishinnan ylittäviä summia makaa yhä hotellin tileillä. Tältäosin palvelu alaarvoista! Vakuusmaksut vielä ymmärtää mutta useilta korteilta epämääräisiä summia, mm kortilta jolla varaus tehtiin mutta jota ei kertaakaan käytetty tai näytetty hotellilla. Todella hyvä hinta-laatu suhde, huone ja hotelli siisti ja viihtyisä, hyviä erilaisia ruokaravintoloita ja kaikki palvelut löytyivät. Sijainti mitä loistavin:). Ei, kaikki okei.
There were no convenient arrangements for a simple cup of tea or coffee in the guest rooms which by the way is complimentary at most hotels.
the pool area is amazing the interior of the hotel is so beautiful, customer service in on track, and lots of privacy. that we can't take our own food/drinks to the pool, not too many bars open when the pools opens and i can't believe graygoose with red bull is 23.00 !!!!! thats all i drink, i had my own liquor and red bulls couldn't enjoy them at all since i spend most of the day at the pool

I was given a king size room even though I specifically requested a 2 queen room. I had to call several times for someone to help. I the end I had to give in to a rollaway bed as I was too tired to continue waiting.
Shopping, food and location. For the money I spent, I could have stayed at a much nicer hotel with a view of something besides a rooftop and the backside of another Caesars tower. It was a very disappointing room. I'll go back to The Cosmopolitan or The Bellagio next time.
Automated check in at the main loby was a disaster. Had to then wait in a 45 minute line for the clerk to tell us our rooms were at the Nobu Hotel. I specifically booked a room with 2 queen beds at the Ceasars towers and paid extra. When we arrived at Nobu, the only room that was available was one with a king bed and they would send a roll away. Mind you, this is at 10pm after a long day of travel.

Easy for me to charge my cell phone, Ipad I do not think, the room is vacuumed on the daily basis as I happened to see thing laying on the floor. Room Coffee is not free of charge, correct? My next trip to Las Vagas to see Mary and Dony show will be unlikely Ceasar, but I might change my mind.
Location. It's on the strip so it's within walking distance of some great sights and the Promanade has a great selection of eateries. Price: It was relatively cheap for a hotel/casino that boasts that it is the newest on the strip (even though I know it was just a remodeled Imperial Palace). Noise: Our first night of my birthday vacation was spent in a room on the 8th floor across from the elevators and just outside of the parking garage. Between the car alarms and the noisey elevator we got little to no sleep. If the windows weren't old and thin and the walls weren't so paper thin this wouldn't have been such an issue. We requested to move rooms early the next morning and were moved to the 18th floor. Service: After getting settled into our new room we decided to take an afternoon nap to catch up on sleep we didn't get the previous night. During this nap we were awakened by a hotel staff member entering our room unannounced with some type of clip board or tablet. He promptly realized the room was occupied, cursed, and left. We chocked this up to having moved rooms and lack of communication on the staff's part and went about our vacation. At 3:30 the next morning we were awakened by a Guy Feiri restaurant ad that left a message on the answering machine, then it immediately called back and rang several times until we picked up. I called hotel staff downstairs to be directed to who I could complain about this to and was told to wait until 9am when that restaurant opened to call them. I called downstairs when we awoke later that morning and talked to another staff member who said he would contact the restaurant and the marketing department but was offered no compensation for now 2 nights of ruined sleep and was never given an update on the status of that complaint. Entertainment: We decided to try to salvage this experience by playing their slots periodically. To give you a little back story, I lived in Vegas for several years and we visit several times a year. These slots were the tightest slots I've ever played. We would put our money in and would win a couple of very low amounts before watching the rest of our money drained with no entertainment whatsoever. We ended up going to other casinos for this entertainment and had better experiences. Overall this hotel/casino seemed to be the driving force of negativity trying to ruin our 3 nights stay for my birthday vacation. Had it not been for the experiences outside this location our vacation would have been completely ruined. We will never again stay at The Linq.
Easy to get around to other casinos, hotels, shows, restaurants and bars. Price was very affordable for what you get. I've stayed here a few times now. Easy check in process at kiosk. Not a ton of slot machine variety. Compared to other casinos in the area, the casino floor is set up in a weird way, does t flow very well and there isn't a fun variety of machines. I soend half the night finding something I want to play. I ebs up going to other places near by instead.

This is a strange place. Escalators that take you up too far so you have to go down stairs with your luggage. Nonsensical layout. Bizarre architectural choices. All that being said, the place gets the job done and there is no arguing that it is memorable. No real complaints, just be prepared to be confused trying to find your way around. Also watch out for panhandlers hanging out in the lobby. One guy tried to give me a certificate for a free bible.
We always stay here when passing through Vegas. The beds and rooms are extremely comfortable and always fit a great price!
Hotel room and lobby was clean and updated. It was centrally located which was a huge plus. The hallways were dim, dark, and poorly updated. They kinda seemed dirty. Also, the signage was very poor. It took us 20 minutes to find our hotel room.
Great for the money. Clean, comfortable, and good design I couldn't find my soap in the bathroom for my hands. Not sure if they forgot it or they just expect you to use the body wash, but there is a soap dish, so I'd assume I just didn't get any bar soap.
It was clean at least. Overall terrible. I rarely review places negatively if at all but this was rough. First of all, a pain to get to from the strip. The location was bad. I was charged $35 to check in an hour early, then I was given 2 double beds as a solo traveler even though I booked a king. Then my room which was on the same floor as the spa had some weird elevator access issue. When I finally got back to my room, which faced the pool, they had a bright light that flashed directly into my room and the curtains didn't help much. Finally they were blasting loud music until past 11pm when I was staying for work and had 6am meetings. I absolutely do not recommend this place. I've stayed at most hotels on the strip, even the Excalibur was better than this. Stay away. I probably should have complained and gotten things changed, or let them know how bad it was at checkout, but when I was out all day working I just didn't have the energy to deal with it and was in too much of a rush.
Express check in/check out kiosk was great and easy to use. Staffs were helpful and friendly. We stayed in room 12041. The drainage at shower panel was not that great. Towels in the room were dirty and the room carpets has stains on it.
The room was newly renovated beds were comfortable nice tv bathroom was nice the spa was great virtual reality game up front was fun we were in tower 3 which was kinda confusing to get to but not really a big deal after the first trip to the room.

Loved the experience at Mirage Hotel. Very friendly crew, great room and great restaurants. Whenever I come back in Vegas I am definitely staying at Mirage again.

Spacious room Nickeled and dimed; parking is not included, no soap in the hotel bathroom, three street tacos chips and a water cost me $21. This is rediculous. No $5 blackjack, had to leave to find decent gambling. Resort fees, but resort closed due to weather.
There was almost no in-room amenities like tea/coffee/bottled water... Also, parking is not free... Finally, resort fee is extraordinarily high...
Only part of the entire stay that was positive was the Operations Manager finally coming through after having complained 4 times about my room and it still not being resolved. Housekeeping was an absolute joke. Leads me to believe that there is no communication between front desk and housekeeping. First night I check in, got a room with two queens. Almost jumped in to be to notice a big urine stain on the sheets. Thank God the second bed was clean so I slept in it. Oh did I mention the clump of long black hair on the ice bucket. Reported the issue the following morning and the girl removed the resort fees for two nights only to come back that evening to find the issue still glaring at me in the face. Reported the issue the following morning to the same girl I talked to the prior morning and this time all she offered was to remove one more nights resort fees (apparently as issues escalate the process to resolve the issue is to make the customer less happy). Much to my surprise I found the issue yet unresolved that evening when I returned to my hotel room. At this point I was thoroughly disgusted, what else wasn't cleaned in my room prior to me checking in and during my stay I wonder. Having found the issue unresolved I marched down to the desk to talk to someone that would give me more than a "We have done the most we can do" speech. I asked for a manager who too while apologetic had his hands bound with what he could do. When I asked him to go up to my room and see the issue for himself he informed me he had no idea that issue was unresolved for three days now. Eventually he pulled some strings and got me a ticket to a show and $50.00 credit for dinner. I work in the service industry and know that what most customers want is for the issue to be corrected and to some extent to be taken care of. After my first day that's all I wanted, I didn't ask for any money (company trip, company expense) so how hard is it to acknowledge a breakdown somewhere in the system, apologize and take care of the issue.

My sister had a room, or friend had a room and then my fiance and myself had a room. We checked in late and they offered to put all of us in a suite for an additional $100 plus we all had to pay a 35 resort fee. We thought it was a good idea so we could all hang out together but come to find out we were blessed with hearing the elevator the entire time. We also found hair in the shower. Other than that, the staff was friendly and the location is great. Food at the 24 hour restaurant there is not worth the price.
The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The sink drain was off the track and "closed" I fixed. The shower - the ring at the top kept sliding down to the shower head. The radio/alarm did not work. Lack of consideration for other patrons - sexual sound could be heard through the wall, the drunks yelling/swearing in the hall in the wee hours of the morning. No room in the refrigerator for any "leftovers" - it was filled with liquor, water so that there was no room for the leftovers I had.

The atmosphere in this hotel defies all expectation. We were blown away by the decor and the room itself. We definitely want to stay again! We didn't particularly like that the hotel charges a $30+ resort fee on top of whatever your rate is that you book. It just seems unnecessary.

Location is perfect for walking along the strip. GIADA's restaurant is excellent. Food,atmosphere and service was first class.
It's a smaller hotel with short access to the strip and very close to the places we wanted to go. Everyone (except one bell hop) was very cheerful and helpful. The room was clean and with very nice amenities. There was a spa fee but the hotel did not have a spa or anything that resembled a spa.

It was clean, well run, and the location can not be beat. I was not expecting the loud thumping music keeping me awake until two in the morning from their in-house nightclub. Yes it was a weekend, and no, I'm not their young hip target guest. So bottom line, have a family? Avoid The Cromwell
Great location, great rooms, easy walk from entrance to elevators. Giada's restaurant was great, however it needs to open earlier for business traveler's.
The hotel went above and beyond to provide a great experience for the bachelorette party that I stayed with. Everyone was very courteous and I really enjoyed the hotel.

Caesar's restaurants. The first night I arrived, the iron was not working. Three calls and 40 minutes later, no iron. I was told no telling how long it would take. Had to get the manager involved. No change available at Nobu front desk. Had to walk to Caesar's front desk.
Great staff, great location, private and quiet while within the framework of the Caesers extravaganza. Most definitely would return. I became ill on my last day and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. Not one thing!
Hotel is in poor shape, rooms are not clean. Front desk staff is horrible but the AGM is a very nice guy and helped me relocate to Ceasars palace. I was not willing to waste my vacation. Front desk staff behavior and level of communication skills in English

Great staff. Room was very clean. Nobu restaurant is not to be missed, excellent service there. The wood in the bathrooms has water stains on it. They should have put more varnish or shellac on it if they want wood in the bathrooms. It looks worn and older than it should so it detracted from my rating of the room. TV use is too complicated.

Very clean and quiet ! The bed was most comfortable hotel bed I have ever slept on. No coffee maker in room, and the available coffee on Spa level is only till 11 AM

I felt that the staff was great! Very courteous, and very helpful. No coffee cups for left the second morning for us. For a hotel that expensive, they should have a coffee maker in the room instead of a water heater an instant coffee packets.
I enjoyed the location of the Casino Royal. It was perfectly situated to all the major hotels. I was able to easily get to a couple of the larger hotels where my convention was being held. I also enjoyed the fact that an Outback Steakhouse restaurant was attached, and a Ben and Jerrys. The Outback Steakhouse provide a great menu and atmosphere for dining. The room was very nice though small. However, it provided all that I needed to enjoy my stay: a fridge, keurig coffee/tea maker, counter space, desk etc. It was very clean too. Since I am not a smoker, having to navigate the casino to get to the rooms made it a bit challenging with all the cigarette smoke. Other than that all was good.

Outstanding staff and customer service. Clean, comfortable rooms. Perfect location on the Strip without the price of a luxury strip casino. The little casino was and food options were good too! One suggestion - Don't book a room on the south side of the hotel unless you want to see and hear the trash compactor at work early in the morning at a neighboring hotel.
The hotel was great, a little smaller than the other hotel's on the strip but this hotel has reasonable food options and is accesssible to the strip right across the street from the Mirage. You couldn't find the hotel parking area. Need better signs or directions to get to the parking lot.

Lobby hasn't been updated in years but rooms are comfortable and clean. Walk to rooms is much better then larger hotels. Could use a update on gaming and food area. Color scheme has been same for years.
Location is perfect. Room was clean. Cleaning Lady didn't steal, did a great job. Ladies walking the Casino floor were VERY helpful and fun, directing me to the fun games and being enjoyable to speak with. Broke the toilet handle, couldn't flush without some work. Broke the shower handle, couldn't turn off the water without lots of struggle. Casino is aged. Construction. Lady working the lobby was not easy to speak with, not really a fun person, you could tell she was tired of being there.
The rooms were nice, had a fridge, a safe, a nice tv, etc. There is construction and you have to park in back. This wouldn't be a big deal if there was a taxi circle- which there isn't. We asked the staff to have a taxi waiting for us at a particular time, and after waiting 10 minutes, we decided to walk to a different hotel to get the taxi. If they aren't going to have a good way to get into the hotel- they need to do a better job ensuring people can get taxis to go where they need to be.
The staff was helpfull the location was perfect. Room temperature was freezing, The heating system is not good.
Best kept secret! Quiet, but right there in the middle of the strip. Can use the Falmingo pool, but Hiltons is much more relaxing. Great staff, rooms were wonderful, and the little store has great breakfast! I would stay there anytime! N/A
This Hilton was excellently located, right in the middle of the strip, and at the back of the Flamingo property. It's a six-minute walk across the street to Bally's and the concourse to Paris; it's a ten-minute walk across the Strip to the Bellagio and Caesar's. We had a spacious and comfortable suite with a large, jetted soaking tub, a sitting area with a couch and coffee table, and a practical kitchenette that included a fridge, microwave, sink, and some dishes/flatware. We were very pleasantly surprised to find that the fridge in the kitchenette, unlike other luxury Vegas hotels, was empty, so we could use it for our own stuff. I hate it when the fridge is stuffed with mini-bar offerings that I've no intention of ever using; I find it especially obnoxious when the fridge shelves are on some sort of auto-scale that tracks if you've tried to remove a mini-bar bottle to make room for something like a personal water bottle, and charges you for the "missing" items. There was none of that nonsense here, thankfully. The Hilton has its own pool just for its guests, separate from the Flamingo property, which we appreciated. It was about 100 degrees when we were there, and we didn't want to use the extremely crowded and noisy Flamingo pool. The Hilton is unfortunately on the back side of the Flamingo's pool area, and every day is party day at the Flamingo pool. The disco music blared at bomb-test volume from noon to six, every single day. Even with the windows and blinds shut in our suite on the 6th floor, the music is still earsplitting, but I suppose the upside is that the music tends to drown out most of the drunken partiers in the Flamingo pool. It was nice to have our own pool for this reason, but the Hilton pool area stank like a four-day-old dead skunk, on account of a nearby garbage dumpster in the blazing sun. We nearly gagged on Saturday when we tried to use the pool. The jetted tub was impressive and comfortable, but didn't drain on its own. We had to pull and hold the drain plug continuously until the water had fully drained; it kept slipping back into plugged position without someone holding it up. I also would have appreciated a little more privacy between the jetted tub and the rest of the room, like a sliding glass tub door or something.
