Hotel Isla Mallorca & Spa

Staff were excellent, food was good value and really good quality.

The staff was very helpful and professional and the location was okay (about 20 mins walk to old town/cathedral).

The beds were uncomfortable but bearable.

The charge to use the spa 10 euros as most hotel swimming pool/spa areas are free of charge, unless you book a treatment which obviously has to be paid for as an extra charge. The room we were allocated was very small - one night was enough!!! for more than one night we would have needed to book a larger room.

Facilities were excellent.We were allowed to use our free breakfast vouchers even though we hadn't fullfilled their conditions.Reception were English speaking and very helphul booking taxis restaurants etc.I was escorting a group of 12 people on a restaurant, city break (from Ireland) and they were all very impressed with this hotel.

The gym was free but we had to pay for use of spa steam room etc Quite a walk into town centre so paid out quite a bit on taxis.Some guests were disapointed that there were no bar facilities available after midnight.
