Plussat: Superb location, minutes from Old Town sights, friendly staff at Reception, great Apartment. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it. There is also a great cafe on the complex which was great value for money too.

Plussat: The room and facilities are lovely. We particularly enjoyed our time in the spa. The breakfast buffet was amazingly good and the staff very attentive. Bicycles were available for a very reasonable rental rate. Since the hotel is directly on the beach, the beach bike ride could start immediately. The bikes are in good condition. Everything about the hotel was first class. Our only disappointment was that our ocean-view balcony was situated so that it did not get any direct sun. We probably could have requested another room, but did not as we were over-all very satisfied with everything. The staff are well-trained and very service oriented. It was a pleasure.

Plussat: Sijainti hyvä, bussipysäkki lähellä josta pääsee keskustaan alle 15 minuutissa. Henkilökunta oli hyvin ystävällinen ja paikka oli siisti ja miellyttävä, ylitti odotukset. Saimme huoneen parvekkeella pyynnöstä, meillä kävi ehkä hyvä tuuri kun oli vapaana. Ehdottomasti suosittelen!

Miinukset: Yhteistyötä tekevän kahvilan palvelu oli puutteellinen. Ensimmäisellä kerralla meidän kahvit unohdettiin tuoda, vaikka oli hiljainen hetki kahvilassa ja toisella kerralla saimme väärät ruuat. Muuten ihan OK. Aamupalaa emme kokeilleet, mutta ihan hyvää kahvia sieltä sai. Hinnoista saa alennusta -10% hotellin avainkortilla.

Plussat: Very nice place, near Ciudad de las Artes y Ciencias. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, the staff is polite and helpful. Quiet and comfortable room. I really liked my stay in Rooms Ciencias.

Plussat: We chose the hotel because of vicinity to the City of Science where the marathon took place. IN fact the starting boxes were right in front of the hotel! amazing comfort. Even for the rest of the year this would be a very good place to stay, as you can walk to the Science zone in 5 min, you can rent bikes and bike either to the old town, or to the beach within 15-20 minutes.

Plussat: The location is perfect. Short Walking distance (5-10mins) to the shopping mall, hemispheric, oceanographic and science museum. It’s very friendly and convenient for family with small kids. Many restaurants are nearby with different styles of choices as well. It is close to bus 35 and 95 stops. For those families don’t have a car or prefer to travel with public transportations, it’s a really good choice.

Plussat: Runsas aamiainen, olisi kiva jos olisi ollut enemmän vihanneksia. Lämmintä syötävää, sämpylöitä, jogurttia, makeita leivonnaisia oli hyvin tarjolla. Henkilökunta aamupalalla ja muutenkin oli avuliasta ja ystävällistä. Kuvista saa melko hyvän kuvan paikasta, tykkäsimme sisustuksesta. Aula oli hyvin ilmastoitu ja huoneen ilmastointia pystyi hyvin itse säätämään. Huoneemme oli hyvin tilava 1. kerroksessa, eikä ulko silti juuri kantautunut yöllä meitä häiritseviä ääniä. Sijainti on Valenciassa loistava, lähistöllä on paljon kivoja ruokapaikkoja ja hotelli sijaitsee kävelykatualueella. Vanhan kaupungin alueelle kävelee 10-20 minuuttia. Viereiseen maksulliseen pysäköintitaloon sai auton kätevästi, 9 päiväksi hinta tippui puoleen normaalista.

Miinukset: Suihkutanko ei ollut kunnolla kiinni seinässä, ei kauheasti haitannut.

Miinukset: Meillä oli Junior sviitti 1. kerroksessa. Lähettyvillä oli ilmeisesti hotellin pesula. Huoneeseen kuului pesukoneen linkousääni 24/7. Lisäksi alapuolella oli parkkihalli, josta kuului meteliä välillä.

Plussat: Clean, spacious and well appointed bedroom with a huge bathroom. Brilliant location within a two minute walk to the shops and to the iconic post office and market. The bed was huge and comfortable. The air conditioning was really effective, often I find this an issue in city centre hotels in high summer but no complaints at all

Miinukset: The rooms could’ve been better soundproofed as noise from both the adjacent and above rooms filtered through quite a lot. The view was of a wall but that’s part and parcel of a city hotel and were we staying longer than a night I’m sure a room with a view can be upgraded to.

Plussat: Very good room, excellent friendly and helpful staff, good choice at breakfast, excellent location close to all main sights as well as stations etc

Plussat: The evening fellow (sorry, cannot recall his name at the moment..) gave us a wonderful recommendation when we asked where we could have special Spanish cuisine ... He was able to book us a reservation since they are not easy to get and everything was just fabulous from the first to last dish! We selected the tasting menu and loved it all! La Salvaora was fantastic. Thank you for your suggestion!

Miinukset: The hotel served its purpose well. I could complain about the no view, but that's not why we stayed there. I would stay there again without a second thought.

Miinukset: Aamulla löysimme kuolleen torakat lattialta. Ilmoitimme siitä vastaanottoon jolloin he olivat pahoillaan (ilmeisesti oli tullut esiin aikaisemminkin ja yritetty hävittää) Henkilökunta oli todella pahoillaan ja yrittivät hyvittää asiaa.

Plussat: I have stayed at this hotel many times and always meets my needs. The staff are always nice and the hotel is of a good standard. Its position is great for the City and there is a car park right near.

Miinukset: The room was a disabled room and the shower flooded the bathroom within 2 minutes. I did not know until I finished the shower (5 mins max) that the shower had flooded my room as well and my clothes and shoes got wet I have to say when I checked out I was expecting an apology and just to say ok the one drink you put on the room we will take off the bill. I have stayed many times at the hotel and I have to say I was really unhappy about it.

Plussat: This is a great hotel located near the wonderful central food market and within easy walk to most of the good attractions that Valencia offers. The rooms at this hotel are very stylish and comfortable, with minibar, tea and coffee facilities and each room is complete with many snacks you can purchase. I found both the reception and bar staff both efficient and very friendly. If you are looking for a good quality hotel, in a great location then this is it. I will definitely be returning.

Plussat: The location is great because it is right next to many great bars and restaurants while it is away from the main road so there is less noise than the hotels on the main road. Rooms are very comfortable.

Miinukset: I booked this hotel as I wanted one with a gym, it had 'pool' and 'fitness' listed a facilities. It had a pool, only open from 0930, but no fitness facilities.

Miinukset: shower drainage was very poor which resulted in flooding in the main bathroom, need more then normal levels of towels to keep the floor and main bedroom dry .

Plussat: The moment we entered the hotel we were greeted by a warm welcome and offered refreshments. From this time forward we were met with politeness and enthusiasm from all staff members who couldn’t do enough for you. We loved the breakfasts which were so varied. Everything was so fresh and nothing was too much trouble. Also we are at the restaurant and the food was inspiring and very tasty. This hotel knows how to spoil its customers and went beyond our expectations.

Plussat: I was in Valencia for 3 nights for the marathon. On arrival the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, large and spacious with all the amenieties you would expect large tv (unfortunately no english language channels), kettle with coffee/tea and complimentary toiletteries. The metro is very close to the hotel so it is very easy to travel around the city. The wifi is also one the best I have had in a hotel very fast at all times.

Miinukset: Only slight problem was that the reception was always busy and was only manned by two people, it really needed to be manned by more people. My card to my room kept reseting every 24 hours for some reason and having to wait in a long line of people checking in to get back into my room was not ideal.

Plussat: The place is clean and nice

Miinukset: They gave a room without a view, a balcony that cover half of the window, I went there because of the Spa and swimming pool with jets of water for massaging, to discover is not longer there, very disappointing!!! the breakfast was not included even though I paid a lot,

Plussat: The hotel staff was nice, kind and helpful. The rooms were spacious and quiet. The breakfast was very nice served by kind and attentive staff.

Miinukset: There were problems with my safe box; ones I couldn't open it and the other time I couldn't close it. On both occasions, the technical staff helped me very quickly though. While taking a shower the water was coming out from the shower cabin onto the bathroom floor.

Plussat: The beds where very comfortable, the room quiet, overlooking the inner yard. The location of the hotel is perfect, close to but not at the city center. The bike rental shop located nearby.

Miinukset: The interior is quite outdated, the furniture not just the 1980' s style, but actually from that time. I am travelling with my daughter, who is a minor, and during check in process the receptionist told me that I should have the documents proving that I am her mother ready to show at the check in. This wasn't their policy, he said, but...Why mention it, if it's not necessary?? I have travelled many times with chidren, and I am asked to provide documents when we exit our home country, but never so far from a hotel receptionist. Very unpleasant first impression. The breakfast is very expensive. It is simply not worhty to pay 50 Euros, especially when travelling with a child. Fortunately there are plenty of nice options nearby

Alternatively You can train down to València via Renfe or take a toll free route which is much longer. Upon Arrival/Departure - Check in/out was hassle free & smooth - Armando was very kind, friendly & helpful with the information about the place enabling us to walk explore with confident. Room - Size was reasonable except the toilet abit small: 8.5/10 - Room Cleanliness: 8/10 - Bed Comfortability: 9/10 - Bed & linens Cleanliness: 8/10 - Safe & bar fridge are available in the room - Basic toiletries are available in the room (shampoo, condition, bodywash) - Towels are available - Coffee & Tea is not available in the room but available at the breakfast corner 1 level down the receptionist Nearby Basic supermarket 8mins walk Ard 15mins or so to the old town Important Note: - Parking is available @ €17 per day - Parking is just across the street in the building. All cars are to parked at B1 with the given lot number. - Car Park is open 24hrs hence no worries for those checking out early - Lane in Spain

Plussat: The hotel staff is very very helpful. They checked the public bus for me and guided me how to get to the football stadium. Also they helped me to figure out how to go to the circuit for the Valencia MotoGP. It's a nice place to stay.

Plussat: I asked for a small double room and that's what it was - big enough and comfortable for a short break in the city. The bed was comfy and the room was very clean. The desk staff were all very friendly and helpful. The neighbourhood was bustling and interesting with lots of bars, coffee shops and nice restaurants. The location is good with the old town (and the nearest metro station) being around 15 minutes walk north from the hotel so not far. Moreover the science park and its ultra modern buildings is also not too far - about 20 minutes walk eastwards. The room had a safe which was great, but no tea/coffee making facilities.

Miinukset: It was winter and a little cold outside, and the room heater made little difference even on its highest setting to make a rather chilly room warm. The bathroom was a good size but the shower was too small. I didn't have breakfast as it didn't seem to be that good value.

Plussat: the location is good without travel with car only.

Miinukset: I did not know i need to prebook a parking at this hotel, and we drove to the hotel with rejection of parking....therefore we forced to park outside of the hotel, which kost 27 a night..... I booked this hotel coz its pet allowed, and i didnt notice i need to pay clean fee, 20 per dog. I got a discount with 30$ for 2 dogs...so, I paid about 60$ more without my expection....

Plussat: The staff is nice and helpful. Location is absolutely perfect, especially if you coming/leaving by train, like we did. room was clean and neat. They let us in very early, so we checked in somewhat between 10 and 11 am!

Miinukset: The breakfast aria is very small and we have to wait while somebody vacate a table. Breakfast itself is just OK, nothing special and definitely not worth 15-20 EUR per person. Go out and it somewhere local. We got room with "nice" view on the wall ... so curtains close all the time.

Plussat: This is an excellent hotel located minutes away from the main Nord railway station. The rooms are very comfortable and the staff very friendly and welcoming. This is the ideal location from which to explore the beautiful city of Valencia.

Miinukset: So when I booked my room I thought I had a bigger room as it's misleading information on the photos very small room and very staffy room there was noise in the fuse box so I could not sleep well after a long fight and I had to wait till Monday. Apart from that when they cleaned my room they did not top up the coffee? Also I found hair on my sheets the first day and Also the other days. Also noise in the floors where very noisy so I could not sleep well this is unacceptable. Part from that the shower tray cover was not closed well and I sliped and hurt my foot. And the water pressure was very poor

Plussat: Erinomainen sijainti vanhan kaupungin ytimessä. Kaikki tärkeimmät kohteet kävelymatkan päässä. Rauhallinen sivukatu, joten ei liikenteen melua. Siistit ja modernit huoneet. Alakerrassa baari, josta saa aamiaista.
