The elevator is noisy As our room is next to the elevator so every time someone uses the elevator, we can hear loud noice and wake us at at night

Staff very nice and try to be accommodating. We were initially given a room right on a busy street which was very loud. The room smelled strong of cleaning supplies but with the window open it was too loud. The staff were able to switch us rooms for the following two nights to a lovely quiet internal facing room. They even moved our bags over so we didn’t have to wait around. Pool area is nice and breakfast is great! Location is perfect!
Strong cleaning supplies made the room smell. Rooms/linens are a bit dated.
