Absolutely loved the location! Not only was it close to the Duomo (as the name would suggest) but also the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II and a variety of restaurants. We were also happy with the cleanliness and size of the room and bathroom. Staff were welcoming!! They happily stored our bags when we arrived early, brought an iron / ironing board to our room during the evening and also ordered a taxi on our behalf the morning of our departure. The area felt safe to walk around during the day and into the early evening.
We were quite happy overall and have no suggestions for changes. Thank you.

The location is awesome, very near to duomo and every tourist attraction in Milano.

The location was fantastic. We had breakfast at the lovely cafe next door. We found the room very tight once the sofa was opened. We couldn't open the fridge with the table in place so that had to be moved and then we could hardly move around it.
I thought the staff could have been more helpful
