Idea Hotel Milano San Siro

Hotel is very new and clean. It has a big parking space. It is very easy to reach high ways. Just a small note, you should have a car to reach easly to this hotel,

TV channels were limitied

May be the easy access to the airport

The hotel is named "Holiday inn express" not "idea ......". The environment is absolutely not charming and even looks not safe . If you are not italian , you are treated like a 2nd choice especially at the reception and in the restaurant ( except for the breakfast ). Here you come to sleep, to pay and to forget the place.

The waitress in the restaurant did not speak any english, only italian and french which we felt is not acceptable for a big hotel like this. We had big problem ordering food that evening. Something that normaly shouldnt be any problem. This was very frustraiting.
