Location, decor, comfort.
We had a beautiful view but were unable to open the blinds. Asked for service and only got partial resolution. Very frustrating. Remotes to operate lights and adjust shower and blinds were outdated, unintuitive, and quirky. Too expensive for this!

It’s absolutely beautiful! I also love that it was close to One World Trade Center and museum. And I absolutely love the suite style!
Nothing directly related to the hotel. I would give anything were it closer to our daughter’s college or n the upper west side. It is very far away!

The room was small for the price and not what the room looked liked online. It was too small for a family of 5. They hotel rung me once checked in to tell me I needed to pay for a bigger suite, even though all 3 children were on the reservation with ages. I was not impressed!!
