Olin varannut de-luxe huoneen, mutta saimme kuitenkin tilavan suiten kattoterassilla. Oli ihana nauttia ranskalainen aamiainen omalla patiolla Pariisin kattojen yllä. Hotellissa oli Hyvä ilmastointi ja meille sopiva. Menin kokoukseen UNESCOn päämajaan

Just one elevator was working for whole duration of our stay ( 5 days).

Nice staff at the reception.
I am writing this instead of my partner, since we were staying in the hotel together. For 7 floor hotel one of two lifts broken - during the days my partner and I stayed nobody even worked on fixing it. I used hotel swimming pool and twice during my exercise it happened that the maintenance man switched on a water change in the swimming pool while I was in it. I had to swim in freezing cold water and I am ill now. I think that such activities should be done when the swimming pool is either empty or outside the opening hours. Very unpleasant experience. Also once when I left the swimming pool and was changing clothes a manager came to check the changing room, knocked on the door, I said moment please since I had not clothes and he knocked once more and opened the door - I barely had a second to cover me with towel.

Very friendly staff, great reception area, spa and pool area fantastic including the lockers with additional robes and towels etc. Wonderful spread laid on at breakfast, staff very attentive. Rooms clean and comfortable - fab showers! Cupboard doors a little bit of an issue as they are a funny shape so you either ended up hitting your head or stubbing your toe! A great place to stay.
