Busy breakfast....basic but good

The hotel staff is very attentive to my complaint about the baggage. They work very professionally, room is very comfortable. And location is very central! Love their balcony and jacuzzi... :)

The breakfast selection is less than i originally expected. The temperature of the restaurant where the breakfast is served is a bit hot.

Hotel was luxurious, at amazing location, with a lot of space in the rooms and with huge comfortable bed! Stuff at the reception was very professional and helpful. Rooms were really clean and bathroom included lot of facilities and soft towels. We enjoyed whole stay, especially the view and room service at the terrace.

There was only one working sauna, however we didn't really need it as there are lot of amazing Spa and Thermal springs in Azores.

Everything was very good. We have to go to the airport very early, they give us travel box, because we couldn’t eat breakfast that day. We asked for brown bread, they can solve it. The bed was very comfortable, the room is very clean.
