Plussat: NOTHING.....................TAP AIR PORTUGAL CANCELLED THE FLIGHT WITHOUT PREVIOUS NOTIFCATION. I HAD CHECKED IN ONLINE, HAD THE APP ON MY PHONE WITH MY MOBILE NUMBER AND EMAIL...................NO ONE ADVISED. i SHOW UP AT AIRPORT AND NO ONE TAKES RESPONSIBILITY..............DREADFUJL AIRLINES

Miinukset: EVERYTHING...................THEY HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. THIS WAS FOR A BUSINESS CLASS TRAVEL.................JUST IMAGINE WHAT A NIGHTMAORE THIS WAS FOR ECONOMY TRAVELING PASSANGERS

Miinukset: Boarding process was in fact dangerous, with people corralled into small spaces without letting them out on the other end. We felt claustrophobic, crushed, and at one point people were even having to jump over the escalator to the bus loading area because there was too much crowding. Dangerous

Plussat: Boarding in Lisbon well organized but delayed at check in and on the tarmac - 40 mins. Food on this flight good. Crew fine both flights.

Miinukset: Both Tap flights delayed, little info'/explanation about this.Boarding in Copenhagen chaotic, problematic tickets holding up the queue with only one staff member. Food on board was so boring and unappetising.

Plussat: Crew was great, the plane was barely full, so you were able to stretch out.

Miinukset: They served fish on board, and the odor stuck around for awhile.

Miinukset: Waiting in many lines, waiting on and taking bus to plane on tarmac, climbing stairs with luggage in hot sun.

Plussat: The price!

Miinukset: Much more but with this price you can not expect much!

Plussat: The crew on the plane was very professional and helpful, even with other passengers that weren’t very courteous.

Miinukset: There was only one person checking people in, which was not enough to move things along. There was also confusion over whether bags had to be checked or not, with one person giving us tags but then no one looking at the tags prior to boarding. The whole check in process seemed poorly organized.

Plussat: Nothing, I tried to cancel the reservation 3 days after I made it and couldn’t even get a percentage back. What a waste.

Miinukset: Let me cancel the flight for a percentage back so I didn’t have to waste the entire price of the flight for a ticket I couldn’t use.

Miinukset: Bus transportation to the plane was delayed. People were uncomfortable having to stand in the bus for so long. Then the flight was delayed for 15 minutes due to airport traffic. As the only business class passenger i would have expected to be offered a drink then or even a bottle of water at my seat

Plussat: Correct timetabling and on time schedule Decent crew with high standard service wish you more success and further upgrade in your status to be as you deserve one of the best airline globally..!

Miinukset: The early morning fight was delayed, and I appreciated that TAP notified me ahead of time. However, TAP did not communicate that despite the 2 hour delay, we were required to be at the airport checkin as if the flight was never delayed - and agent dismissed us as late. Only begging got us on flight.

Plussat: Crew very friendly

Miinukset: The process for getting ready to board was a little chaotic

Plussat: Nice seat (I paid €48 euro for more legroom) and the food was decent and the movie selection good.

Miinukset: TAP's boarding procedure is a bit of a mess. We had to wait an extended period of time to board and no information was given. Also keep in mind you have to pay extra for luggage, which is a real deal-breaker when traveling for extended periods of time.

Plussat: Not much

Miinukset: The offered an upgrade to bid on. I did and was rewarded one for the 4 of us. It turned out that the seats were exactly like every other seat on the plane in size. They did provide free drinks and a well used towel. When you ask to be paid for an upgrade you should be clear what that really is.

Plussat: Chief of the cabin

Miinukset: Terrible customer service. Attention to disable customers is null. They literally torture the disable passengers. Very rude and insulting wheel chair staff.

Miinukset: Watch out for the extra fees and restrictions. We booked a flight knowing that we weren’t allowed a free carryon. We didn’t know the cost for one checked bag was $120!
