Definitely worth the money we paid for. Our package already includes free breakfast. The location was near the center which made it easier for us to get around the city. Trike only cost P10/ person if within the city but if location is farther away, they usually ask for P100-150/trip. The property was also near Puerto Princesa Baywalk, a good 10-15 minute walk, where you can find the fresh catch of the day. They offer "paluto" of your seafood of choice. They also offer affordable packages where you can choose from.
It kinda creeps me out since it's an old house but if you're up for it, it really wouldn't be a problem. :-)

Staff was helpful and welcoming, and the location was very good.
Air conditioner wasn’t strong enough for the size of the room. The shower had no pressure, and the Wi-Fi wasn’t working for the whole time we were there.

Good location, nice terrace, very kind staff, tasty pancakes in the morning!
Noisy, especially if you get a room next to the terrace and there some people wants to enjoy a deink over there and have some talk... you will hear every wisper if them. Not so clean... bedsheet looked a bit dirty but a member from the staff kindly changed it right away. The room looks a bit oldish (though this is not necessarily a problem) but also a bit dirty(sh). The location is good thought and the terrace as well.

Our stay there is very good. We really enjoyed the classy place, very clean and convenient. Staffs are very friendly well I can say in general that Palaweños are very honest and hospitable. I will recommend Matutina Pensionne to my friends / relatives and I would choose this hotel again in my future visit in palawan. It’s just a very nice, comfortable and accessible hotel in a cheap price.
