Miinukset: Despite a delay of 1 hour waiting in the aircraft on the tarmac, there was no offer of water to passengers. Food options were very limited and they couldn’t take payments by cards meaning passengers without cash couldn’t purchase food.

Plussat: We (a family of 5) were late for 5 minutes (literally) to the boarding ... Our flight was at 3.45 PM and were at the gate at 3.20 PM ... We were held up at the Passport Control by the Polish Border Guards at the Passport Control - their computer was down ... My wife cried, my kids cried and asked to be let in on the plane ... Nobody cared to help us ...

Plussat: Nada me gusto del viaje. Desde la espera para abordar hasta el avión y el servicio que ofrecen. Lo mejor del viaje es haber llegado sano y salvo.

Miinukset: Going on time without delay, more staff to avoid long lines

Plussat: I like the assistant she tried to help me at the check in with the extra kilo even though I was a bit stressed and she was too but she need to listen what the costumer says because there was a mistake

Miinukset: Make the payment for the extra kilo at the same place at the check in point PLEASE I can’t spend 1hr and a half on only the baggage check in and if I want to pay for an extra kilo I have to go another place and wait again a looot The plane was too cold The chair in the plane like a rock stone sitting on There was a mistake in the ticket because of the baggage I’m sorry but it was a bit hard

The momondo app and online was not available to check in.

Plussat: never ever use this Momondo again

Miinukset: 1 hour late boarding, 20 min. Waiting outside in cold to get into the airplane and then 30 min. Circling around the city before landing

Miinukset: Stop the incessant advertising and selling over loud speaker when most people are trying to sleep through a flight .

Plussat: Arrival Gate position in Seville was perfect for a quick exit.

Miinukset: The wueue for priorty boarding was twice the size of normal. Rip off.

Miinukset: Depart on time.

Miinukset: Courtoisie, respecté les horaires

Miinukset: Too many school groups and screaming children

Plussat: Nothing. Wiorst flight ever!

Miinukset: Ryan air has a paid checkin policy that we were not aware of. It was not written properly in the tickets or in any checkin prompts. Since we were traveling I couldn’t check in online. So reached the airport very early but they charged me to check in, that too a ridiculous amount of 100$. The crew was generally rude and non welcoming. The aircraft stops at the middle-of the airport in Budapest and we had to walk a very long stretch to get to the airport in the cold since the plane was not connected to a gate. For sone confusion they stopped boarding in the middle and passengers had to stand in the freezing cold , outside the aircraft , in the middle of the airport for a very long time. Hated the flight. Charges you for every single think you can think and not think off. Every passenger seemed frustrated

Plussat: I just loved the moment when I left that Airplane

Miinukset: Stop charging extra stuff, I payed more money extra apart for my fly, the charged me for the boarding pass €110 and also €50 for the luggage of 10Kg! Such stole company I never in my love will take a flight with this people

Plussat: Not comfortable

Plussat: As it was impossible to confirm that I was on that flight, and I had to book another flight with Tui less that a day before I was due to fly, therefore to like. It was equally impossible to contact Last.minute.comm.

Miinukset: It would be have been great to make contact with an actual human being

Miinukset: Screwed again for carry on bag which I attempted to upgrade from 7kg to 10kg online, paid my €20 to learn at the gate that it changed from a "carry on" to a "to be checked in" bag. I was td I would have to pay another €25 to take it on board. I just refused and left my bag there with them. Tired of Ryanair deliberately screwing people fo add ons especially when there is no deliberate intention involved in the action. No empathy or understanding just screw the Customer at every opportunity. No longer a Ryanair Customer, its Service and Respect that I prefer,,,

Plussat: The crew were very welcoming and for a low budget airline, the staff were very professional.

Miinukset: What let me down was the ryanair ground staff at ponta Delgada airport. I was trying to load up my ticket and the lady at the baggage hall was losing her patience with me a bit, for not printing the ticket out. Also I was charged €40 to check my bag in as I thought I already checked it in online, before I came over here. It's a sad way to end this trip, as its a beautiful island.
