Great response to requests for toiletries, directions, taxis and addresses. Special thank you to Julie from concierge services who went above the call of duty on a eequest.
Sheets felt wet as if they had not been completely dried. It was a very strange feeling. Not sure if it is the type of sheet or laundering but it was an unpleasant feeling on the skin.
