This place was in an ideal location, right near the cathedral. The staff couldn't have been nicer. The room was clean and comfortable. It's too bad that there's not more parking on-site, but also not really surprising considering it's smack-dab in the middle of the old town. I parked at a garage near the train station and walked in, and that was fine.
Clean. Check in was easy and staff was helpful. No air conditioning! We were on the top floor in 90 degree weather and it was like an oven. Hardly slept at all it was intolerable. Also insufficient parking.
Erinomainen sijainti ja aamiainen, todella ystävällinen palvelu myös englanniksi, toimiva internet.
sopivalla paikalla. hyvä valinta
The location is perfect for a weekend in Strasbourg. Our room's view of the cathedral was definitely worth the trip.
Location, boutique style Front rooms have great view of Cathedral but very noisy most of the night. Bells are lovely but too loud and too early.
Best value for money I have found in years of travelling. Everything worked perfectly and with no hassle. Helpful and polite staff. Right downtown but our second floor room out to the yard was still really quiet. No complaints whatsoever.
The room was clean, compact, well equipped and comfortable and centrally located
The location is excellent - in the heart of the old city while within easy walking distance of the train station. All staff were friendly and courteous and commuinicated well in English. The decor of the rooms was unique and created a warm ambiance that made it pleasant and relaxing. The breakfasts were good value with a wide selection.
The location was excellent and the staff friendly. Very small room. Would have been annoyed if we were given one of the even smaller ones. Limited breakfast for the price.
The location I like the hotel very much
location the fact that one has to go litterally through the kitchen/pantry area to get to the elevator to the rooms and deal servers carrying plates of food or dirty dishes from the restaurant! We understand this is an old buiding but the kitchen smell was not pleasant to say the least. There was no trace of our reservation when we showed up .We were awakened at 7 am by very loud noise coming from staff carrying bottles being recycled in the courtyard dowen below.
The location is excellent, rooms are small, but enough for a budget traveller. Hotel staff is very friendly.
Great location in the very center of the Old Town No parking next to the hotel (although advertized), so I had to park far away at the public parking. Nobody was there for a checkout when we arrived around 11PM, so we had to call the door and could not hear anything (a person was apparently speaking English but with a tough accent and through shitty intercom). Then we had to walk for 100m to another hotel to pick up the keys, they we had to walk with our stuff from the car, since there is no way to drive close to the hotel. The room is tidy, but old, needs renovation. Maybe locals are used to living like that, but it's not acceptable for a hotel in a big city. It was a mistake to pick that hotel instead of regular Budget chain, it's not worth it.
