The 25 Boutique B&B - Adults Only

We look forward to welcoming you to our Edwardian villa built not far from the sea just a ten minute flat walk from the town of Torquay. The 25 Boutique B&B has a Five Star Gold award and Breakfast Award from The AA, independently assuring you of the quality and standard of our accommodation. It is easy to find and can offer plenty of onsite parking, essential as so many guests choose to walk or use the local buses, trains and ferries to get about. Free and fast Wi-fi, air conditioning, fridge with fresh milk, smart TV, Elemis toiletries, high pressure showers, homemade biscuits, and super comfortable beds all come as standard. Each of our six rooms is individually designed and differs in size and amenities. In some rooms you will also find extras like a slipper bath, room safe, super king beds and bathroom TVs. Some rooms have their own lounge area, but there's also a comfortable Drawing room to relax in, along with a spacious reception area and a sun terrace which can enjoy sun from mid-afternoon to late evening. With so much to do on the English Riviera and the surrounding area, you will no doubt run out of time, and are sure to become one of our many repeat guests. There are many local restaurants, all in walking distance, but taxis are also plentiful. We are conveniently located only a few minutes from the Riviera International Centre and also Torre Abbey. If you have any questions, please let us know. Alternately, our website provides lots of useful information and photos. ***Please note, the main entrance is up 14 steps***
