The staff were lovely and very helpful. The room was warm, clean, comfortable and well equipped, except the kettle was tricky to turn on. I asked for a quiet room and was delighted with the one given as had lovely view of woods and was quiet.
The room meant going outside to access it which was bad as it rained a lot during my stay.
