Novotel Edinburgh Park

Had to queue for breakfast.

Was very nice and didn't have any major issues and bein able to go for breakfast between 8 and 12 was great meant I could have a long lie and go down at 11.45 for breakfast

Instructions on how to work the heating weren't very clear but the room was comfortably warm although the duvet was a bit heavy for me but overall was a great nights stay

It has great location between airport and city centre both only ten minutes by train or taxi. Also swiming pool is undoubtedly great thing in cold scottish evenings with steam room. I loved it and had a great time.

Breakfast should be cheaper and in restaurant prices are too big. And free wifi defenately should be.

The room was lovely and great value for money, the staff were always happy to help and the pool and steam room were great to relax in. The location was perfect as it was right next to the train station easy to travel into endinburgh for £2.50 return.

only problem was we didn't stay long enough!! Would love to go back!

The Novotel Edinburgh Park was a modern and clean hotel with friendly, efficient staff. Overall, we enjoyed our two night stay and would recommend it to friends/ would return. It's location would suit anyone wanting to stay fairly close to the city without staying in the city itself. We stayed with our 2 year old girl, and found the hotel catered well for her needs, providing a high chair and cot.

The room service meal was very disapointing, especially considering the price! The air conditioning was too noisey to leave on during the night, and because the room was very warm, it was needed. The 'area dedicated to children' consisted of a table, chairs and a bookshelf. Based on the rest of the hotel, we would have expected something more, e.g softplay or indoor play area.

Excellent staff, warm and caring. Easy access in edinburgh so close to rail link,and motorway. Menu was good and food excellent.

No there were one or two teething problem with the plumbing and windows, but as a new building these were minor and rectified immediately.
