Miinukset: Kolkko tehdasmainen rakennus. Remontti menossa rakennuksen ilmanvaihtöjärjestelmässä. Asiasta ei informoitu etukäteen. Osa hotellin tiloista oli käyttökiellossa.

Plussat: The room size and initial cleanliness was good.
Miinukset: There was no coffee or tea facility in the room and downstairs the coffee machine and water was for conference delegates only! We don’t necessarily insist on clean towels every day but we do expect the room to be tidied. See photos for how our towels were left! You get a complimentary bottle of water when you check in. This is not given everyday so it would seem that if you want your room cleaned and a bottle of water (forget about tea or coffee) this four star hotel will only give it if you checkout each morning and check in again.

Plussat: Hotellin sijainti on hyvä. Ravintolassa toimivat vanhat herrat (kokki ja päätarjoilija) olivat erinomaisia asiakaspalvelijoita. Aamiainen oli runsas ja hyvä. Kevyen iltapalan vaihtoehto oli piristävää.

Miinukset: Muu henkilökunta oli vähän kuutamolla. Normisuoritus sai luvan riittää asiakkaalle.

Miinukset: My BT old mobile phone did not work in Germany. There was a phone in the hotel but it was not available for outside calls. The Hotel Reception staff helped me by making another arrangement.

Miinukset: Had to go to the reception several times; sauna was not turned on, no locker keys available, given locker key didn't fit, steam cabin was out of order. Double bed was no real double bed, but 2 singles placed against each other.

Miinukset: 1.Old facilities, very small bed but for 95 euros 2. The tomato soup,such a little, it was served with a coffee cup, i think 3. There is no socket beside the bed, how i am going to charge my mobil 4. The floor in the front door is not flat, i have to take the luggage suitcase in my hands, not pull
