Hilton Hanoi Opera

Nothing at all. Worst stay by far.

To be honest i did not liked anything about the hotel, except the location. It was my worst stays till yet. Me n my partner are business travellers and have stayed in almost all good brands for 5stars and 7stars in many countries. Truly this Hilton Hanoi is by far the worst. Firstly, when we reached no bell boy came to receive, so we had to carry our luggage ourselves. Staff at reception was very blunt. Vietnam hotels and people are known for their wonderful hospitality. Hilton did not offer any. Our stay was much better last time when we stayed in boutique 4 star hotels in Hanoi. They offered such a warm welcome and full attention and i was truly amazed by the hospitality. During checkout when we mentioned all this as a feedback, still no bellboy came to get the luggage and escort us to the car. Secondly, rooms were old and even the dustbins were in poor condition. Carpets damp. Thirdly, last room dining can be ordered till 10pm which is not expected in such brands. 5 star hotels maintain some standards which Hilton Hanoi did not. Worst services n much worse the hospitality.
