The staff was super friendly and very helpful! We forgot to bring a stroller and they were able to loan us a stroller during our stay. There was something wrong with our room, but they managed to fix it right away. Had such an amazing stay would definitely recommend!
Something that was a bit confusing was how to order room service. We managed to bring food from Swim that was To-Go so that was the route we took instead of room service.

Great location, malls, shops and restaurants, bars near by. Great breakfast.
Maybe since it’s so close to main shopping street, gets very noisy in the early morning.

Good location right on the beach. Nice restaurants, lovely staff.
The rooms were a little dark as only lamp lighting at night.

Everything thing was amazing... the food, the bed, the sound of the Ocean.. the incredible view.... the Hotel was a vacation within a vacation! Thank you for incredible experience... Mahalo
Hawaii is a true Paradise... Hotel was absolutely stunning... in the hub of everything! The service was amazing... staff were extremely Friendly and personable.. always eager to help! Mahalo!
