Very good experience! Staffs were really nice and the location was excellent! Room was very clean and tidy, toilet and shower room were clean and well maintained. The Breakfast was okay (bread, butter, ham, cheese, different kinds of coffee and juice, milk, cereal, etc). I would recommend this place to others, it's a good value of money.

Great location in downtown Lisbon.
This place was absolutely filthy. The bathroom had pubic hairs all over the floor and all of the linen was badly stained. I wouldn’t even let my children take off their shoes and we all refused to sleep under the covers. The bathroom also smelt like sewage. Completely unacceptable!

Awesome price for a central hostel. Easy to walk to main spots at the neighbourhood without transportation.
Check in time could be better. Staff was not very enthusiastic to explain about the facility. He gave me the bed number, however I needed to figure out the room by using the magnetic key door by door. This small situation anoyed me a bit tbh. Apart from that, the gentleman who checked me out was lovely and very helpful. Overall, the property and service match with the price paid.

Good location, close to Santa Justa lift and other city highlights. We had our own room, therefore we felt like in a 2* hotel. Basic breakfast options with good coffee.
