Plussat: It felt like living with friends and family. Very warm-hearted. We arrived and immediately felt at home in this beautiful and clean apartment with a great view. Another highlight is the inner courtyard.

Plussat: It is difficult to find a fault with our stay, everything was more than satisfying. A real pleasure to come back to the room in the evening after a long day sightseeing. A great breakfast every morning, staff very friendly and available.

Plussat: Friendly and helpful staff, makes you feel at home...liked the access to the main room for fruits etc (at your own convenience). I went alone but would love to take my family, just to enjoy the relaxed atmosphere... Proximity to Tram, subway, bus etc a huge plus!!

Plussat: Very good position to visit Lisbon. Staff was great and kind. Rooms are very spacy. Breakfast idea (baskets at the door) is nice, although they are delivered quite late if you are there for business (or they will deliver them at night, but stuff will not be that fresh).

Plussat: The warm welcome from the reception staff (the staff was very knowledgeable about the area around the hotel and willing to recommend restaurants to go to/ sightseeing). The breakfast delivered directly to your room at the desired time was excellent. The beds were very comfortable.

Hotelli sijaitsee hyvällä paikalla ja lähellä on kivoja ravintoloita vaikka kuinka paljon. Huoneen saa hiljaiseksi ja ikkunat pimeiksi, lisäksi sängyssä oli hyvä nukkua. Henkilökunta oli myös ystävällistä. Eli saatiin kaikki mitä hotellilta toivottiin.

Plussat: While we only had a short stay in Lisbon, it was maximized by our stay here. The location made all the major restaurants and sights a quick walk away, and the staff helped direct us to the perfect spots even with our very short time.

Plussat: Maggie, our indispensable and gracious concierge, was cheery, knowledgeable, and dedicated to ensuring our stay was incredibly comfortable and memorable. She also steered us toward exceptional dining and efficient transportation choices. We enjoyed using Casa do Principe with its quiet, convenient location opposite Principe Real Garden as the base for exploring other Lisbon neighborhoods and Sintra. Upon returning to the bed and breakfast after a two-day Porto trip, I'm glad we stayed one more night before returning home. Breakfasts featured a wide variety of local bakery delicacies, fresh fruit (including papaya), yogurt, sliced meats, boiled eggs, teas, strong coffee, freshly squeezed orange juice, and more. Prepared and served by friendly, helpful attendants. Thank you all for making our Lisbon stay for Carmen's 60th birthday unforgettable and fulfilling her Bucket List Priority #1.

Plussat: It was well located and clean.

Plussat: I have booked the small size room (6 sq.m.). The room was really nice with interesting design. The bathroom was divided by the room by glazing. The wi-fi connection was good enough.

Plussat: This place was everything I could have hoped for and more! After reading all of the rave reviews I had high expectations and this place was absolutely perfect. The rooms are spacious, beautifully decorated and it feels wonderful to have a villa in the middle of the mountains. Had a very peaceful time here and would highly recommend to anyone visiting Portugal, I would definitely go back! The owners and staff were extremely kind and accommodating, even taking in our dietary restrictions when making breakfast. This place honestly has the best croissants in all of Europe. My entire family can't stop thinking about them.

Plussat: Everything was great! Good location. Close to downtown about 20 min by walking. Just 5 min from the metro station and 30 min from the airport. In front of the hotel is nice cafe with marvelous Pastel da nata.

Plussat: It was great to be in the Rossio district, however was too tired to battle the 4 flights of stairs to go back out.
