The hotel is new, clean and anyone who says the location is bad is not entirely wrong, but to be honest it's close to the metro and only around 3-4 stops from the eifel tower. The following times are approx (taking into account metro, trains and buses). Eifel tower approx 25 mins, the lourve approx 30 mins, arc de triumph approx 30 mins, versaille approx 45 mins.

The hotel attempts to be "trendy" but can feel quite awkward in its approach. For example the "club" which boasts breakfast. The club ends up being a strange experience with breakfast limited to croissants and ham, with make your own hard boiled eggs. It's tough to find staff to buy a drink, you almost feel more comfortable getting drinks from elsewhere. The shower spills into the bathroom regardless of how careful you are. Cleaning staff will barge into your room with no knock. The gym is very light. The bedding is quite odd.

Cleanliness and the amenities.

Everything was very good: the location, the room, helpful staff. The concept of free snacks in the evenings is very interesting, great way to relax after long day of sightseeing.
