Perfect location with great view of the Moore Castle, nice rooms and very helpful staff who aided us with everything we needed. Very tasty breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel.

The place is very good located, looks nice, great terrace. The two Best things were the breakfast which was perfect and the kind service. Rue was super kind and helpful. Also the bed is very comfortable.
Maybe it is the high season and maybe because it’s Sintra- but the price is high for the type of room we received, we were offered to upgrade for 30 euros but it was expensive as it is so we didn’t. The most basic room is just fine, not more. Small and small shower. Everything else but the small room was great.

Very close to train station: wonderful staff, very helpful: meticulously clean: all and more than I could ask for and Loved the terrace too.. highly recommend Hotel Nova

Staff were very nice and helpful. The location is okay, just a 15min walk from the historical city center (which is very nice).
Room misses some charm but okay overall.
