Great people at reception, can speak multiple languages, including English, but didn't patronise when I tried to speak French. Apartment is lovely, very clean and comfortable, spacious with all necessary facilities. Great location, easy walk to centre and two minutes from station. Would definitely stay here again.
Very minor thing, we booked for 3 but initially had 2 sets of towels. Easy fix. Some cups in breakfast room were not well washed.

This is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The staff is amazing, kind, and helpful. Everything was perfectly clean. If I have to come back to Toulouse I’ll book my stay here again! The place is incredible!!
