    Great location, we were able to walk to Matabaiu train station and we were just around the corner from the Capitole Plaza and lots of great restaurants. The staff was friendly and the room was clean and comfortable.

    People were partying and smashing glass right under our window until 4am. The hotel couldn't do anything about this of course, but this is a warning to those who may be light sleepers as the area has lots of young people/partiers around.

    Location was walkable to train station, Con : due to yellow jackets rioting the day we arrived and we literally could not physically get to our hotel because the riots were directly in front of the hotel. We got tear gassed not fun. Not the hotel’s fault. The front doors were shattered due to rocks thrown. Next day everything was calm once more.
