Horrible Experience

Location and the baggage folks and housekeepers were extremely helpful.

The front desk and manager did not have our room available to us even though we were 45 minutes after the check in time of 3:30 pm. Though the manager offered us drinks, they told us 30 minutes since room was not ready. Then we set in lobby and watched 10-12 other guests arrive and been checked in immediately. After 60 minutes, and complaining about the long delay and how tired we were, we finally were shown a room in the back of the hotel. We did not even use the normal elevator, but some elevator in the rear. The room was the worse. It was small, had no light and generally was not acceptable for a hotel with rating. To make things worse, tried to order coffee the next morning, and it never arrived. Can not recommend this hotel. Felt the whole event was of no value.
