I was a a meeting with at least 500+ persons; they were not prepared to handled a large presence at the lunch hour. Then yo was leaving the shuttle service was a JOKE. 20 minutes I watered 47 minutes then took the Uber because they never came. Shame shame Hilton.
Worst bed EVER. Key card had to be reprogrammed twice and still didn't work. Had to go down to the front desk twice to get a card that worked. Called once more because door was stuck even after getting a good card, waited on maintenance for a half hour (never did show up), finally able to get it unstuck ourselves.
First and last time
The location and food was good. The hotel looks nice on first glance.
When you actually look there is a lot of work this property needs. My room was far too hot with a broken thermostat. No hot water in the morning and bathroom fixtures literally fell off the wall. The front desk staff offered no compensation for this ans didn't seem surprised when I complained.
Not the greatest....
The staff was super friendly, respectful and very courteous.
One of the restaurants downstairs was filthy. WORST PLACE IVE EVER BEEN TOO. The bathrooms were terrible, smelled and the floor of the restaurant had trash all over it so we left. The room we had was just ok... the lamp shade on one of the lamps was broken, the giant window with the mediocre view had some kind of residue on it making it look just dirty and wasn't clear to see out of. The shower door didn't slide shut all the way making the bathroom floor wet when we showered. So then we had to aim the shower head toward the inside shower wall which just made it a less disireable experience. Also, we were missing some of the coffee items from our 'deluxe' coffee bar in our room. It wasn't stocked and coffee wrapper trash was already on the counter area when we arrived. The furniture also looked dirty. Like it was dusty and then wiped down with a damp rag which left streaks. The iHome that was provided was also outdated. Very disappointed in this HILTON. I've stayed at HAMPTON INNs much better than this.
Poor customer service, did not receive house keeping, did not activated gate key, did not receive breakfast voucher, A/C did not work. It was horrible.
Find another airport hotel
The staff was nice.
We had requested a late check-in. Their website says to call the shuttle from the courtesy phone after 11pm for a ride from but their hotel is not listed there. When I called the hotel from my cell phone and pressed the number for shuttle service, no one answered. 5 times it rang until a busy signal started. When we got to the hotel, the front desk attendant was really not apologetic. She "upgraded" us to an executive room because they had sold out of the king we requested but the executive room was two double beds. The carpet of our room and the bathroom were dirty. Like They didn't clean the tub or vacuum the carpet. This place was disgusting. I would NEVER stay here again and hated having to stay even for the mere 6 hours we ended sleeping after having to find a cab to take us to the hotel and paying for that ride.
I was only there for a night but the staff was excellent and I will be back if I am station in the area.
Room service was a bit slow but with all the Delta airline related delays that week they had way more orders than any normal night
- Booked room (King) was not available and was only offered a Double - Was charged twice at check-out although room was paid in advance - Room quality was poor, with various items missing, tapestry falling off - Hotel restaurant (Adiamo) was very poor - Indoor pool was closed, outdoor pool not in the most cleanly state
Nice but don't expect to get a room until late
The beds were super comfortable and the room was clean.
I tried to check in at 4 pm and was told i was too early because they hadn't cleaned the rooms yet. They offered to text me when the room was ready if I wanted to go to get something to eat. I finally called back at 8pm to see if they had a room ready yet. Just a fair warning... Do not expect a room before 9pm.
Will not have your room
We did not receive the room we paid for. We had booked a king bedroom for an overnight stay during our 10yr anniversary trip. Upon arrival, they told us all we have left is a couple two double beds. The attendant told us we requested a king room, No we paid for it. We pretty much had no choice but to accept the lower rate room and our compensation was a free cup of coffee. We booked our room over two months before our trip so it was disappointing that they give your rooms away that have already been paid for.
Not a bad place to be stranded in Atlanta
I liked the options for dinning.
Breakfast was great. I enjoyed the coffee shop also. It's a really nice, clean, hotel, with good rates.
