The blackout blinds and the bath. The flat screen tv.
Black pair of knickers by the bath left by previous occupant, so room clearly not properly cleaned. Mould on sheets and pillowcases. Uncomfortable mattress.
The whole design and feel of the hotel. The very friendly and accomodating staff. The food in the restaurant was beautifully presented and reasonably priced. The luxuriousness of the bedroom considering it was a standard room. I would certainly like to return and try out one of their luxury rooms!
Peaceful room, Nice TV Although hardly any channels. Walk in shower
We were in room 10 which was right at the top & they dont have a lift, Tiny wardrobe. Reception is in the resturant seemed a bit strange. Not much on continental breakfast didnt bother having. All in all thought £95.00 was a bit over priced.
Bed was very comfortable
The room was far too small - no drawer space and the craziest wardrobe space ever! The smallest hotel room I have ever stayed in. This is actually a restaurant that has rooms upstairs - very strange arrangement. Also there is no free parking as intimated. Very poor for the price.
The staff are very accomodating and pleasant. The hotel itself is very stylish and modern with all the facilities you would expect for a boutique hotel.
We stayed in one of the top suites(osako)which is located on the lower ground floor . The suite was lovely and well decorated with a spa bath and seperate shower room. However, the noise of footsteps from the restaurant above was unbeleivable and totally detracted from an otherwise lovely stay. If you stay here, choose a room on one of the upper floors or choose another hotel, unless you like the sound of marching feet to and from the kitchen all night!
