Convenience of location. Staff in the lounge area by the pool was superior!

the rooms are "beat up" and the bathroom was not clean, especially the shower.

The plantation shutters between the bathroom and sleeping area are a design flaw as they let in light and noise which when someone goes to the bathroom in the middle of the night which wakes everyone else in the room up.

False advertising. The bathroom and room looked nothing like the photos. Stains everywhere, scratches everywhere. Old and worn down hotel with a gross bathroom. I can’t believe this hotel is allowed to operate like this. Felt like a shady motel.

Everything. The guest experience rep was not helpful in helping us. The room was gross. The time-share reps on site were annoying. Such a huge regret. Did not have a single king bed room avail for us on our anniversary. Just a double bed, so tiny.

location Was the only thing great. The mattress felt like a box spring no cleaning services they do not restock your items parking fee is expensive and you pay resort fees without the feel of a resort horrible stay hotel was under renovation as well

1. Cleaning service is not provided they only will make your bed although when you check in they tell you on day three they will clean. They do not and stated that they will not do it 2. You are only provided one initial bottle of water your room doesn
